This is hands down one of the best purchase i habe done, i love it

I installed this at my (senior) mom's house to keep tabs on who's coming by. She likes that we're able to see who's there through the app or Alexa. Easy install to her old wired doorbell.

We really like the Ring Pro. It is very easy to set up and provides great coverage. One area that is frustrating is that the physical doorbell sometimes takes longer to ring than before.

Took about 1 hours to install and connect to my existing doorbell

Easy setup. The only issue I had was that during the setup, the location it chose for me was the neighbors address and I was unable to change it. Contacted support and they said the address wasn't critical but they could change it for me.

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made! I love this doorbell camera. I replaced my existing doorbell with this and it works like a charm! Where have you been all my life? And I got a great deal on it on Black Friday.

Researched Ring Pro and it seemed to be best out of all others. Ring Pro has great video but once the alert is sent the app is slow to respond. People have come and gone by time app access is aquired. Prior to purchase, it wasn’t clear about requiring a subscription to look at any video after 30 days. The best you can hope for is the person at the door loiters for a few minutes before walking away if you don’t subscribe to their service. Customer support is very friendly, but on two occasions the only response to an issue has been - Ring is working on that problem.

i had been waiting for a product like this for quite some time. something that would sense motion or allow me to access the camera while away from home. well this product allows me to do just that! love this product!

After hearing about and reading online reviews I purchased the Ring and it was exactly what I was looking for: a security system that I could access and manage from my cell phone. Provides sense of security at a very reasonable price.

How many times does your door bell ring and you ask who is it, US, neighbor, door to door sales person...now you know without answering door. Also great way of deterring Amazon box snatchers

I was not sure about this product at first but after installing it I really like it. The camera is actually very good and also includes live view. The software for MAC and iphone is also very good. Great security product and easy to install.

this is a great item for your home security, fairly easy to install and setup, load your app set it up and done instant access to anyone at your door. never open your door again without looking, we'd recommend this to everyone

Excellent System. We are really happy with our ring doorbell. It also lets us know about anything people posting things regarding what is happening in their neighborhood. Such as: HAVE YOU SEEN THIS PERSON.

It great to have a must to have protect your property and your family even if your miles away, It also record everything in the surrounding for a small monthly or annual fee.

This works great! It is clear no matter what time of day and allows me to talk to people at my door. We can keep an eye on the house while we're away and check who is around without ever getting up.

I would suggest this to anyone that is looking for a basic understanding of who is at your front door. I will tell you there is a subscription involved. An analog or IP basic security system doesn't require a monthly service.
