The Video Doorbell Pro met the requirements of what I was looking for. It's size and features are just about right for any location. Easy to install. Video quality is very good.

I love this camera, it was very easy to install and connect the device. I also paired it with Echo show and it work great. the picture quality is awesome better than some other cameras out there.

So far I’m satisfied with the overall performance of the Ring Pro. Sometimes it lags when someone rings the doorbell, but it all depends on your WiFi connection. Set up was easy. I would recommend.

Easy to install, love the ability to preview and talk to the person ringing your doorbell also the Ring neighborhood alerts are great! I ended up buying more RING products!!

We did not have a peep hole so we decided to buy the Ring Pro and love it. The video quality and picture is amazing. No more runnning to the door to be met by a solicitor. Just speak through the app and tell them Not Interested.

We love our Ring video doorbell and now that we have it, can’t imagine living without it. It gives us peace of mind when we’re away from home and hopefully deters would be porch pirates when they see the camera.

I love this product so much that I bought one for my mom in another state. I paid a little extra for best buy to come and install this at my house. Not sure if your house can use the ring with existing doorbell. No problem!. Just schedule a visit from best buy representive. I love that I can be away from home and answer the doorbell. I even answer the doorbell from my phone when I am home! I love the how I can view video footage from hours ago with just a press of a button. The Ring automatically alerts your phone with any movement within the distance of the camera. Movement can include animals, people, cars , and the list goes on and on.

The ring doorbell was pretty plug and play for installation. The benefit of having video surveillance via motion detection and through doorbell rings has offered great peace of mind and convenience for my family

Easy installation with clear instructions. Operation meets expectations but clarity of external speaker could be improved. Really like the features.

Overall, very pleased with this purchase. Fairly easy to install in older home, would be totally simple in newer house. Product works as described. It is a little too sensitive to the movement of wind chimes on porch, moths that seem to start flying around at dusk & again at dawn, giving "false" motion alarms. However, it also notifies about newspaper arrival & letter carrier! Only improvement would be for it to "record" motion about 15-30 seconds before alert registers. Sometimes, there has been activity, but by the time the recording starts, activity is no longer there. It has been an extremely useful product in my city as there have been a string of burglaries & arrests were made based on identification via this type of product.

Easy to install and set up. Does a good job of seeing who is at the door. There is a lag or delay when the doorbell rings. That's why I gave it only a 4.

Excellent quality with high resolution camera. Camera has 2 views - one is close up and the other has a wide angle view. There are 4 different covers to pick from to satisfy your decorating needs.

Nice quality door video camera and a great addition to the rest of my Ring cameras. App is easy to use and being able to go back and review all my footage anytime is great.

Its a little sensitive to motion but it works pretty good. The load speed could be quicker on the app but aside from that, it's pretty solid. Good video and audio quality.

This doorbell is awesome. I got a cheaper model for Christmas but it was too big for my door trim. This version is perfect and I really like how I can see what’s happening on my front porch when I’m not home.

I was surprised how easy it was to install. The only problem us that the other door bell in the house which wasn't being replaced no longer works. Customer service said I needed more powerful transformer

Have to give this 4 stars. Had some issues early on where I was losing connection to the doorbell. After speaking with customer support it was a result of not having enough power for the ring pro to work properly. Support advised me to bypass the chime kit entirely by hooking the Ring Pro up to their Advanced Power Kit. They sent me the advanced power kit (at no charge) and it has been working great for the past 2 months. Other than this initial issue it's great. Customer support was great and the product is now working great. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 was because I had to speak with customer service to figure out why it was not initially working. If it worked from the beginning it would easily get 5 stars.
