It worked great for 2 weeks but they disconnected from the network and will not reconnect. The company replaced it immediately and I was back up and running. Very clear very dependable and works fantastic. I highly recommend this.

Easy to install and set up. Does a good job of seeing who is at the door. There is a lag or delay when the doorbell rings. That's why I gave it only a 4.

I chose this camera because of the video quality and zone control. The only drawback is that it can only be hardwired and you must have a strong WiFi signal if going through stone or concrete walls.

Nice quality door video camera and a great addition to the rest of my Ring cameras. App is easy to use and being able to go back and review all my footage anytime is great.

The installation was a little long because of the wi-fi setup took longer than I expected. Once connected the system worked to perfection and the HD camera was vivid as promised. Great system.

I had it installed and we use it all the time. When someone comes to the door it's so nice to see who it is. Also, you can just get on the app and see what's going on out in front.

This back door bell camera Works as good as my front door one. I bought another one to put on the door of my RV. Very Happy with this product! Should have waited till Father's Day to get the discount!

Wanted to have a camera on the front due to the increase of porch pirates. Very satisfied wish it would be a better view at night, but still a great product.

I installed the Ring device myself following the easy instructions. Within the 1st week, I was shocked to see the motion sensor recording a local grounds worker stealing an item from my front porch. Great investment!

Love the ability to see who’s at my front door before opening it. The ability to talk to the person if you’re not home with the dual mics is pretty cool. Video quality is phenomenal.

Bought the hard-wired doorbell and it was pretty easy to install. Camera quality is good. Only issue is occasional Wi-Fi connectivity problems that got better after I purchased a Wi-Fi extender

easy install. initially unable to do a live view. It took 1-2 days for the device to do it. contacted support but it took 2 days to answer back and by the time they answer the camera started to work fine.
