I purchased the ring pro a month ago, and I love it! especially the motion detection feature, it gives you a warning/notification that lets you know if someone is approaching your front door.

This product is amazing! I love the security of seeing who is near my home. I also like that I can keep an eye on my kids coming and going. The record and keep feature is awesome too!

Love checking in with the help live view every now & then. Also love you can turn off alerts but go into the app later to see what was going on while you were gone. Easy to install & set up zones.

I feel safer having the ring as an added security for my home. I can see the person better than through a peek hole. It's worth the purchase price.

I love that it comes with four colorways -- an added bonus. We needed to add a Chime Pro for louder volume and extended reach. But this is a great camera and doorbell!

I purchased the Ring Video Doorbell Pro to keep an eye on a second home in a remote location. The product design is great and I chose the “Pro” model because its slim profile let me install it in the location of my existing front doorbell. However, the WiFi signal at this location was not consistently strong enough for the Ring doorbell to connect to my network properly. So, I need to relocate the router to be closer to the front door. Hopefully, that will improve the WiFi signal enough to enable this product to connect properly to my network and allow it to function as it was designed to do.

I am very satisfied with my Ring doorbell. Camera quality is good, and it has been helpful to know the moment packages have been left at my door.

In side doorbell will not work. Transformer not strong enough, run camera, ring doorbell and house doorbell. Paired it with echo dot. Works fine.

My Ring device works pretty well. It was easy to install & set up. The videos of motion sometimes freeze briefly and the sound can be choppy, but overall I'm happy with it.

Ring camera is amazing. Especially when you can download it on you're phone and see who is coming up to the door. Its amazing I'm very happy about this purchase.

A GREAT Addition to Our Ring Alarm System. Easy Set Up. Had it installed and operating in about 20 Minutes. Very Clear Video Images Displayed.

This product (Ring Pro) goes offline continuously without warning or anything wrong; will not reconnect on its own. Voltages and wifi are good to very good. Has also gone offline while at home with nothing else running on wifi. Worthless as it defeats the intended use of answering while not home. After chat's and tickets filed with ring. I ended up buying a new transformer specified by ring support along with accessories and the chime pro. Same problem still existed and now support doesn't even respond to me. Submitted new ticket to support, old ticket was removed for some reason. This is a new home by the way, and I still ran new wiring to ensure I isolated the ring pro to ensure there were no other power draws from the transformer that I had to buy based on ring's recommendation. I thought this would be a really convenient product, but, it was just a waste of time and money for me. Never again!!!
