Great product and concept. All done through wifi. App can be glitchy at times in terms of speed to load images. Also, I purchased two, and both didn't work out of box. Had to get both replaced which was annoying.

I did not have enough charge on the unit from the factory. I gave it 24 hrs and it works like a charm. Too bad about the 2hour checking and rechecking the wiring.

This door bell is great! You can see anybody at your door wherever you are which is great when you're expecting a package or have an uninvited guest that you don't want knowing you're home!

I like this doorbell not only because it chimes when a stranger presses the button but you can also watch all of your neighbors unusual activities

This technology is amazing, now you can see from any where all the things to happen around you home, and more if you convine the ring door bell with the cameras ....

I love the ring, it allows me to check up on my home while I'm not home from my cell phone. It alerts me to any motion activity as well. There customer service Dept. is available 24/7

Had to return the first one as it lost the wifi signal in a day, have had this one a few months now and it has been fine.

The Pro is so much better that the original Ring doorbell. You are able to set the area for motion detection by setting the area by conforming and pulling out dots. Works really well.

This product is great! Easy to install, easy to use! A very worthwhile purchase! Planning on picking up the motion lights to put on my garage and around my house very soon!!

Look forward to using however need to upgrade existing transformer. Unfortunately its wired into the electrical panel in the basement and I needed to buy new #12 AWG wire, new electrical connectors to prepare for the new transformer install. Purchased a 24VAC 40VA transformer from Home Depot. I'll update this review once the new transformer is installed on electrical service panel and I continue with Ring Doorbell Pro installation.

Great product and very easy to install and connect to WiFi. App is simple and easy to set up and control the RING Doorbell.

The only problem I have is when answering someone at the door I can barley hear them and I have to repeat myself many times. Video is Excellent.

The camera is way better than the original. Most other features are the exact same. Set was simple and took about 10-15mins at most. I also like how this one has 5ghz compatibility for your network.

Just installed the Ring Doorbell, and am still getting used to it. Didn't know it would detect every car that goes by! Overall I think I'll feel more secure, knowing who is at my door!

I wasn’t really aware of the Ring product, but my wife had seen it and wanted one. So we went to Best Buy and bought it, It was simple to install and we Love it.

Installation was easy. Good camera and sound. Still adjusting the motion activity, to minimize the reports of cars passing by at night.

I have had a great experience with my Ring doorbell. It definitely helps calm my anxiety whether I'm in or out of my house. It also helps me keep an eye on my kids!

I gave it a five. Wired in and found transistor attached to switch for furnace turned off power and 10 minutes later installed with included 45 degree angle plate to point ring down sidewalk and driveway. Camera is okay and has some flare from sun but in enclosed entry so odd. Easy to put app on phone and subscription to see history is 3 bucks per month after 30 day trial. Comes with wedges to angle the camera up or down and left or right. Multiple cover plates in different colors and lots of screws for attachment options

Easily installed after removing original door bell. Hooked to same wires and looks great. App was easy to download and setup.

Works great! A little sensitive. Once I put it on people only worked better. Still picks up on people walking down the sidewalk beside my house.
