love that i can see packages being delivered and who is at the door and being able to talk to them and who is poking around that shouldnt. easy to install and ring support is great!

The Ring was easy to install and it works great. You have to have fast internet for it to work better, it lags a couple seconds before you get a notification.

bought and installed works great did have a problem at first make sure your bell transformer is powerful enough after replacing transformer haven't had a problem

I love the purpose of the doorbell. It’s absolutely flawless in the day time. However the night vision completely suck. That’s the downfall. Audio could be much clearer but it works and does what it should. I had to add a high voltage light above to be able to see clear at night. Ring needs to make more visibility at night with the night vision. However, I made it work. I got it on sale for $200.

We didn’t install it ourselves so we can’t comment on how easy that is but the camera itself is really nice. No problems so far and the app is pretty good.

I love my camera. I was out of town and I saw UPS drop off my package. Two minutes later my grand daughter came by and picked up my package. I have it all on recording. "I am Having fun"

Choices of colors gave me an exact match to my house. This is a superb security camera. It is recognized on the door and this alone turns away “would be” intruders.

Looks great, works great. Gives one peace of mind knowing who is ringing the doorbell, as well identifying the cause of motion at the door. Well worth the money!

surprisingly time consuming for initial setup. Simple steps took way too much time. However, once installed it works great and looks good.

Generally pleased with performance. At times I have difficulty connecting with cell phone in real time. Added a Ring Chime to the network and that works well.

I am still trying to figure out the sensitivity of it. the trees in the wind set off the sensor. but I have been happy with it and would definately recommend it.

We bought this camera for our home here before using one in our winter home in Florida. We are extremely pleased with this doorbell and camera and the monthly monitoring fee is minimal.

Instructions were simple, installed out of the box as told; Worked the first time. Good video/audio and the mounting kit was really helpful for the best possible video.

The installation was piece of cake... took me 10 mins or so and I was already looking myself in the ring app... cool!! It’s been few days and I am really enjoying.

This was fairly simple to install and get running. It took a few days and a few false alarms but I was able to set the motion zone to avoid that from happening. I'm glad I got this equipment.

I replaced my old ring doorbell pro with this after it stop working. This new version has a better video quality than the old one.

Works great when someone approaches the door. It’s easy to “put to sleep” if you plan to go in and out often. Easy to delete alerts you don’t want tykeep.
