Easy to set up and use! We have it set to motion so it notifies you when someone comes up to your door- even if they don't ring the doorbell. I also love the live feed feature.

Does what we need it to do we see when people are coming and going, packages and such works great.

I love my ring doorbell. I have used it to talk to people when I’m away at work and it is pretty good. I also like the ability to play back movements.

Once we got a unit that worked (had to return 2 defective ones), we love it. Picture is clear and sound is good. Easy to adjust the sensitivity.

This is my 3rd ring doorbell hoping it is my last. The connectivity to the old doorbell and the wireless receivability need vast improvements!!

The doorbell is ok but this might have been one of the most complicated things to install of all time. Not only did we have to buy a special part because our 5 year old house is too advanced for it, but we had to figure out how to remove a part that nobody ever tells you you might not need, to keep the door bell from ringing continuously. It also makes zero sense that the Alexa show that came with it can only be programmed so that you hear that or the door bell. Why can’t I still have my doorbell ring but see who is outside without having to stop what I’m doing and wait for the doorbell video to load. Seems like for as advanced as this thing actually is that a few tiny modifications would make all the difference in the world. If it wasn’t for the fact that my office is upstairs and I don’t want to come downstairs every time there is a solicitor or the mailman is dropping off packages I woulda took this thing back in a heartbeat. Not exactly sure how ring has dominated this market. I bet there’s an off brand out there that is a million times easier to use. Oh and it’s really dumb that I had to install it at a funky angle sticking out from my house to actually see the other side of the door. This isn’t the first version of the ring doorbell, they shoulda full figured this stuff out by now.

It has worked great and the setup was easy. We did have a problem with it being too far from the router but not the fault of the doorbell. Customer service has been very helpful.

I bought the Ring Doorbell Pro on 05/08/16, it has not worked right since, I have called customer service multiple times, they say, we are having software problems with the Ring Doorbell Pro model, we are aware of it and working on a software update to fix the problem, that was days ago and my RDP still does not work!!! I am just about ready to return it since it DOES NOT WORK. I almost bought 3 Ring Stick Up Camera's to go with the doorbell, so glad I did not. They probably would never work either. Below are the problems I am having. Problems: 1. The live view NEVER works, its always just a black screen, see pic below. 2. The motion alerts go off 24-7 when there is nothing even there, even after I adjusted the "motion settings" 3. When my door bell is rang, I don't get notified on my phone half the time.

Every time a car goes by I hears a ring. The pitcher is about 20 sec. behind but I can see what is going by.

Great doorbell camera. The picture is clear and notifications are prompt. The sharing of information from nearby ring owners is a wonderful feature.

Ring doorbell was fairly easy to install as I followed the very explicit instructions. I am very happy with the day to day use and the ability to recall events from the past.
