Camera has good video quality. Motion sensors pick up movement. Easy to install. I don’t habe any complaints about it.

This is a great product and does what it says. Easy instal and very reliable. Have to work at tweaking it in but after that it's all good. Highly recommend it.

Door bell works very well and camera gives excellent images of whomever, man or animal, that is at the front door!

Ordered online, Video Doorbell Pro. The easy install requires you to disassemble the indoor door bell box to wire in their "pro power" thing, install instructions were easy to follow, wires were labeled, didn't take too long. Next you replace your existing doorbell with the ring. No specification on which wires go where, even the video doesnt specifically say.. Followed the picture. Mounted to the wall, the little ring light comes on and I tried to follow the steps in the manual and app that say "push the button on the side" then select the "ring" unit in the settings on the phone. My phone would never find the device. Then the app started popping up an error message "Not seeing your Ring device in the list below, tap here". It would open troubleshooting windows that didn't help. Tried multiple times, never connected. The light was spinning continuously. Pressing the setup button never prompted the voice responses. (The videos say the device will start speaking to you, this one never did). Guess I got a dud. Boxed it back up and will be taking it back to the store tomorrow for a refund. Wasted a couple of hours of my life dealing with it. Guess I'll try a competitor.

I really liked how easy it was to install and set up. The view is great. I intend on buying more ring products for my home.

The ring doorbell pro is a great product. It was easy to set up and I haven’t had any issues with it since then. I like the fact that you can choose the area that you want the camera to start recording or notify you if there’s motion. Very clear picture during the day or at night. I also like that it can be linked to my other ring products when there is an alert or a motion triggered by them.

For the first time living in a single home this cam gives me the assurance that I need when We’re sleeping and when we’re away from home

I love my ring doorbell. It was so easy to install. I always get notifications when someone is at my door even if they don’t ring the door bell.

Install and set up are easy. What they don’t tell you is the amount of data you’ll use when saving to the cloud. Adds up quick.

The product works good. Can interact with guest via the bell. Good video and audio quality however sometimes the feed is delayed

Love everything about this device except the monthly $3 fee for saving video files to cloud. Still, it is a great security device. Highly recommend.

This thing is fantastic. we resisted for so long, and now I don't know how we lived without it.

We have been using our Ring Doorbell for about a month now and like it very much, Bell rings and you can answer on your phone. It also came with different color face plates. We choose the brown because it matched our door. The only thing I don't like is the extra yearly charge to store your videos and the amount you pay for the actual door bell. They lure you in with a 30 day trial and then they charge $30 per year for video storage of 60 days

I love this doorbell! Easy use and app is great! My wife loves it and we can customize the alerts. Extender made it much better as well!

We love the Ring. Gives us some sense of security and it works great. Camera has a high quality picture. I’d advise everyone to get one.
