Very happy with the doorbell. Able to communicate with the person at the door very clearly. Video in color and clear.

After spending several hours installing the first Ring Doorbell Pro and having NO power to the doorbell I decided to return it to Best Buy and get a new one. Once I got home and hooked it up, it worked fine. After reading several reviews I realized this is not an unusual occurrence. It's worked fine for us in the month we have had it and are very pleased with it. I just wish the original doorbell would have worked and I didn't have to try to troubleshoot something that was never going to power on.

Set up and installation process was easy. Biggest downside is the cost to be able to store or have access to video.

I love being able to answer or not answer the door because of my ring doorbell. I love the security it gives me.

Installation was straightforward, operation is good. The only negative that I have is the monthly $$ ring charges for cloud recording.

Love the security and the camera is excellent. The communication ability is also excellent. A definite upgrade from the original Ring doorbell.

Great invention ever. You can answer your door without even being home. You can watch as people are approaching your porch/door steps.

Install was a breeze even though I am not a handy person. Support from RING was quick and easy when I needed it as well.

I have other Ring camera's and love them all. I also have their alarm system and it works great as well. This camera has some features that the cheaper models do not like the motion setup is a bit different and there is no battery for this model. you must have it hard wired, and the transformer for your old doorbell must deliver the right power or you will have issues. They make a transformer that will work and sent me one as I was having issues, so Kudo's to Ring for that.

This is a great product. Setup was relatively easy and just like that you now know who's at your door without having to check. Goodbye solicitors

I am a stay at home mom and love the added security of being able to see who Is at my door without them seeing me too. (We have an 8' all glass door).

I am very happy with the purchase . I think it is great to see who is at your door. The camera is very good.

Great product, easy to setup and use. Not only is the Video quality very good, the fact that people know they are on camera acts as a deterrent.

I installed this based on a recommendation from my dad and sister. The picture is great and the communication feature works well. I have noticed some lag in talking with the person at the door. There is a 1-2 second delay. I have had a few troubles getting a live view picture, but it works 90% of the time. I have had a few false alarms from cars driving by even when the sensitivity is dialed down to "people only", but not many. If you're looking for security for your front door, I recommend it.

We love our doorbell easy to use. We love how you it saves the video and detects motion all the way from the sidewalk

The door bell was easy to attach, but the tool provided was not able to drill into the brick that I had. Had to get my own drill bit. The support was good in case you have any questions. It does complain about low signal strength even though it report -72 dBm which is fairly decent strength. For some reason my motion detection would not send notification to me so I am still working that issue and hence the 3 stars.

This is a great mom gadget! I have two little ones and with this, I can see who it is before answering it - this definitely helps protecting my kids.

I love my Ring. The range of view is very wide and the picture quality is very nice and clear. I paired it with other Ring products.

I didn't give it 5 stars just bc I'm not using and can't say for sure. My mom seems to like it and was able to have my brother in law install it. Had to drill new holes in the brick since it's larger than a normal doorbell. She said it works well, but that it was almost too sensitive. They had to move their flag on the front of the house, bc its movement kept setting off the video recorder. They already had a wifi booster in the house, so no issues with connection.
