The doorbell was easy to install and works well. It very nice to see whose at the door, especially when you're not home.

Best door bell , east to setup , it keeps me up to date with what’s going on in my neighborhood

I was able to connect the Ring easily and set it up and the camera and app seemed to work great. But it caused a humming sound to emit from the speaker tied to my internal door chime and when I called customer support they had me switch some of the wires around and this caused something to short out and my door chime no longer works. Which means this wired version of Ring no longer works. So I returned the Ring Pro and bought the Ring 2 which doesn't require a wired connection. Despite having a great wifi connection and using their Chime Pro extender I could not get the live view/camera functions to work. Even their "2nd level" tech support said they couldn't explain why it wasn't working. I spent 3 trips to Best Buy, probably 10 phone calls to Ring for 3 hours total and I'm left with no door bell camera and a door chime that no longer works. Needless to say I am disappointed in Ring.

First unit was defective, contacted ring who replaced it right away. Easy to install and one of my favorite smart home features of my home

Overall, very pleased with the performance of this product so far. It is very comforting to be able to answer the door without having to go to the door or being home. Happy I chose the model that utilizes the existing wiring; however, realize that you have to install part of the device in the actual existing doorbell mechanism and that the device may be larger than you existing doorbell. It requires that you disable the power to the doorbell device which can be an issue if this is not well labeled in your breaker box.

This ring video doorbell is a great product, the picture is very clear and can adjust the area you want to see.

The ring pro is sleek and barely noticeable from the street. The installation was quick and easy. It performs as expected.

It records a great picture during daylight but at night it is not so clear. The notification works well.

I am very happy with my ring doorbell. Install/setup was very user friendly. The video is very crisp. Absolutely love this doorbell.

Great for monitoring outside and has a wide view. The only thing that I don’t like it’s that you have to pay for tHe recordings. Like say if some one stole something or did something to your house the ring wouldn’t capture it because you have to keep paying for the recordings. But the free trial that you have when you buy it’s cool because you can see everything any time and go back to tHe recordings. But good camera also.

Ring has always been a good product to use! Easy to use and the instructions make the installation a breeze.
