Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a Ring video doorbell pro last 3/05/2017, but it has connection issues all the time, it works fine for a while, but most of the time when it is detecting an event or somebody press the ring and I try to see the video through the APP it has problems to connect. They recommend through of the APP install the ChimePro Wi-Fi extender, so I bought and installed it. I can said that the camera performance didn't improve, even it could be worst. I have delete the app, added again the camera, relocated my Wi-Fi device, ETC. I have almost 3 years with a Nest camera, I'm very happy with it. it is all the time ready, two touches on my smartphone and I'm watching the front of my house. I'm looking the possibility of return my doorbell pro to Best Buy, I just saw Best Buy has reduced the price to $199 from $249, I paid $249. not fair.
