Product works as advertised. We did have a few issues because my transformer was old. The support team immediately identified the problem even though it was getting 8 volts it was having problems. Turns out via remote troubleshooting they were able to show me it was the transformer. Put a new transformer in and all problems went away. It is a little laggy in showing up on phone but we would never go back to a normal door bell

Work good. Goes off to much. I wish it wasn’t so sensitive.

Main reason for three stars was because the device lost connectivity on the network and would not restore itself, rendering it useless while out of town. Secondly, when the bell switches from day to night vision it alerts you that's there motion when in fact there's not. They've got some work to do as these issues are very elementary considering it costs $250.

This Ring has been as advertised. Good sense of knowing what’s at the door from anywhere.

It's a great addition to my security system, really love it, can check from my new fridge, my phone, computer, etc. When someone ring the door you could answer from your device. The downside is after the trial if you don't pay membership, you can't review videos, it's only live, it's not expensive, but adding this to the other things I already pay, it's like counterproductive, it was free when I bought the fridge, at least that's great.

Had one problem 3 days after self install. 1 phone call and problem and it was solved. Excellent customer service

got the door bell to make our life easier - love it - get all the warnings and we can see who is at the door and if we want to answer it - one other thing we like is the RING doorbells talk to each other and we can find out about things going on in other neighborhoods of our town - we saw people checking to see if doors were locked on cars parked in the street and getting in if they weren't - lock your doors!!

The Ring Pro has been a great addition to the home. Easy to install and super user friendly. Highly recommend.

Best thing to spy on your neighbors and family without them realizing it. It records everything so in no time you will have learn everyone’s habits and be able to predict their next moves before them. Only wish there had got it sooner. Oh also you can protect your house, but everyone already knows that.
