Doesn't last, save your money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the Ring Pro a little over a year and a half ago and the button has already cracked. I don’t have a lot of visitors or delivery folks pushing the button either, maybe 2 a week. Looking at the Ring community blog this is a well-known ongoing issue. There are 11 PAGES of complaints from people with the same issue and who received the same manufacturers response. Ring support reminded me the device only has a 1 year warranty but they did offer a 35% discount off full retail for a replacement. I could do better shopping around for it on line. Since I have to replace it anyway I'm going to find something that lasts longer. Also, if this is the quality of their hardware I wouldn't even consider their 'security' products!

Best Customer Service Around

I emailed customer service and they were VERY helpful and kept checking with me to make sure everything was still working. They even offered to send out someone to do troubleshooting if we didn't get it working, but, with their help, all was resolved. Knowing I have this kind of support at my disposal I would recommend RING to everyone.

Buyer be ware

A separate billing for each device is a little much. Remember nds me if Microsoft with a separate license to run soft ware. When it works it's great, sound quality is no where as good as the video. Lots of sound interference

Excellent Doorbell

Never an issue. Always works in the Short monsoon of rains that we have. Ring customer service is amazing as well. In fact had an issue and was assigned dedicated tech from the Presidents club who followed up with me via teleconference for two weeks to ensure the issue was resolved. Highly recommended.
