Recently bought the Ring Video Doorbell and am blown away by the quality an responsiveness of the ring. Notifies me wherever I am plus with Alexa it alerts me with verbal notification when there is motion detected at the Ring.

After almost 2 total hours on the phone with support and running back and forth to different parts of the house, they tell me I need to pay an electrician to install a proper transformer? No. It's getting returned and now I have 2 holes in my stucco where the ring was supposed to go. 1 star for this product! Customer service agents were patient though I'm furious. They need to make it very clear the potential for incompatibility like other companies do. They make it seem like it will work with any and all homes without the mention of powering issues. My home was built in 2001 for reference.
