Great Picture, Sound, and remote answering

It has functioned flawlessly, abeit some firmware issues which have been dealt with promptly by RING. We also have paired it with the ring alarm, ring floodlights, and ring spot light cam and its a great way to keep an eye on your property. We really love the functionality and so far its reliability.

Added home security camera
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to change my ring doorbell from a standard model to the Doorbell Pro because my new modem operates on both the 2.4 and 5 ghz mode (defaults to 5), These products are really well packaged and very easy to program. It is comforting to know if someone approaches the front of my home. I recommend the Ring products.

2 years video blurry from the sun ☀️UV oxidation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 2 years I noticed the picture had begun to appear foggy or blurry. I went to clear the doorbell and everything got worse. From what I understand from other Ring owners the protective glass or crystal screen will oxidize after 2 years from the sun and UV rays. Unfortunately it took me 3 years to find this out after trying multiple ways to clean the video doorbell. Some owners say to use an automobile headlight cleaner to clear and polish the glass. Ring customer support won’t admit it’s a defect. My video doorbell is now unusable. A replacement would just mean I have to replace it again in two years. Photos attached.
