Love Ring

While we set them up with their own account we shared it with us and my brother so we can all monitor/intercept visitors (or unwanted visitors) on their behalf.

Fun little toy

Able to download app and link together but can not get Alexa to alert when motion is detected and doorbell pushed. Called Amazon and Ring, each one took me through the exact same steps, no avail. No one knows why Alexa will not send an alert. We can summon Alexa to show front door and can communicate with person but will not alert. Went to Best Buy to discuss with Geek Squad. A representative coming to your house, is the only one that can help. They charge $100 to come out and try to figure the problem out. The device was $189 when bought and then another $100 to help set up (something that should be so easy) is the reasoning behind my 3 stars. Best Buy should stand behind their products to get them up and operational for their customers without charging a ridiculous fee.
