Great Device, Easy to install

Everything that I needed was in the box. Appreciate having options for cover colors. We live in at the end of a street and we like being able to set the "coverage zones" so that we do not receive "false warnings" when cars turn around and not really entering our property.

Great product but needs a few updates still

However I have a flag in that I've excluded from those zones and it still sets off the motion alarm constantly through the day. It's bad enough that I'm going to have to move the flag which is a disappointment. Otherwise it's been great to have.

Love the Ring Doorbell Pro.

I find this to be the most attractive of Ring's doorbell products. The only thing I don't like about it is there is a delay from when the doorbell is pushed to when it chimes.

Great Camera For Door

My only complaint is the speed/processing power between the camera and the app. I have no peep hole so I rely on my doorbell but sometimes it takes an extended period of time to show who is there.

Everyone needs a ring

The set up is easy just make sure that you have powerful enough transformer and internet. The Ring customer service is also helpful and knows the concept of true customer service. Great product! I get taken back when I go to a house that doesn't have one.

Ring doorbell pro

It's slimmer that the original model, functions great, and does not have much lag time when live viewing. It also comes with interchangeable faces so you can switch colors (white, dark blue, and black). Requires hard wiring.
