It was easy to install. Does everything that we hoped it would do.

Mic is not always clear but the picture is great!!

Real easy set up and very handy piece of device worth the money.

I had the Pro installed and 6 install visits later it is working but only rating as "fair". Sales staff need to warn potential buyer that it needs to be installed 5-7 feet from the ground! Most door bells are at 4 feet. This requires cutting a path higher up with is NOT part of the installers routine. To raise the Ring the wires would be exposed. Further, the transformer in your house needs to be larger than many homes. The geek squad does NOT do the install but goes to a third party. I had to buy the wifi extender "Chime " cause the Pro can not ring the house chime for both doors. The front door goes to the house chime. The back door goes thru the add on. The front door video would not visualize the porch- a must to watch for packages or visitors. I had to get a wedge package from Ring to angle the video and it barely captures the top step.

Very satisfied with the purchase. Easy install and ease of use.

Video Camera does add some security. It was not in specifics of device that it required 3$month charge to view/save recordings. Cost is not bad but it should've been listed. Camera does sometimes freeze and sometimes have a lag time in capturing view.

Does the job right. You can set it to any setting.

Overall, this has worked just as expected, except for a couple days where movement was being saved to the cloud. It was not a networking issue since I was still able to use live video, just not see things that were supposed to be saved. Things seem to be working again now and if it continues to, I will update to a 5 star.

The Ring Door Bell Pro is a definite Home Safety Feature! You can see who is your door even when you are not home! I am able to talk to those at the door which makes it seem that someone is home. The video can be saved for later review! A neighborhood watch video alerts others when questionable visitors are in the neighborhood!

Really enjoy the safety we feel with this doorbell, We get a notification when anyone enters the front of our house and if they actually come to the door, we can talk to them from anywhere in or out of the house. Would like the night vision to be a little better.
