I went on a smart home gadget shopping spree during the holidays and surprisingly the Ring Door Bell has been my favorite device. Knowing who is at the door when I am not home is a great feeling of security.

Best Buy Salesperson was very knowledgeable! I like the product very much. Would by more Ring products from Best Buy. Ring chime can be heard from three rooms on main level of house.

Our Ring doorbell works quite well. It is very nice seeing who comes and goes. Only complaint is that there seems to be a noticeable delay but that is probably due to our wifi speed.

Had this set up with the battery. Battery did not last a month. Decided to hardwire and switch to nest

Door bell has a pleasant sound. It is very easy to use. Clarity of camera is wonderful.

I love my Ring doorbell. The convenience of being able to address someone at your front door whether you are home or away. Knowing when you have deliveries is priceless!!

I finally broke down and bought the ring pro doorbell . It will take a little time getting to know the product. Having the ability to check video footage or just answering the front door via video is an awesome idea.

I love the ability to see who’s at the door. My only complaint is that you cannot save the history without purchasing the plan. I will say it’s very reasonable.

This is probably the best purchase you can have for home security. It works great and their $30 annually fee for unlimited cloud storage is unbeatable. Recommended to all my friends

I would suggest you check your door bell voltage before you buy. My had to upgrade my door bell to comply with this product. Other than that. Ring is great. I plan on buying two more flood lights cameras.

This is a good door camera. But it won't connect to the door bell cam from your phone quick enough only when your in proximity so I dont like that function about it but it's a good device

This doorbell camera is good. It was easy to install. Part of the view is blocked due to my door setup. I wish they offered a piece to bring it out past brick doorways.

It helps check out who may be lurking around. It requires a strong internet provider to get fast real time views. You must have cloud subscription to review videos if you missed the alert.

We can't see who's at our front door unless you look out the side window. Then, they can see us! Now, we can check our computer before answering, or not answering!!

I love everything about this doorbell except for the sound while talking into it. Its hard to understand listening on the outside what Im saying through it.

Great for our home security! You can’t be safe enough in this times. Even though all mine has caught is bear trying to defeat my trash can and home delivery’s, We love it!

Overall this doorbell is alright. A few things are not that great however. The app seems to freeze a lot. When you get a notification on your phone that someone is at the door, it will never work correctly that you can talk to them. I only use the app to watch the recording. There is a subscription to use the video recording feature, which is also a bummer as other products, like Arlo, don't have. Overall I would recommend that you buy a different camera like Arlo that doesn't have a subscription fee and has better quality video.
