Many great features, but somewhat over sensitive with no way (as far as I can see) to dial it back. Pretty pricey compared to competitors.

No issues connecting to WIFI as others have reported, no issues with delays. I just wish they would hook up with Amazon Echo dot so that I wouldn't need additional Chime products.

We love our Ring doorbell. Other than a few false alarms a day (wind blowing our plants around), our Ring doorbell has been a great purchase! I highly recommend this product!

Very adjustable to the area you want to detect. I live on a corner and it has been an issue to find a doorbell that does not pick up the cars. This one works perfect!

Solid performer for the most part. Some bugs were seen early on, but a replacement was sent out quickly and have had no issues since.

Great replacement for an old wired doorbell. Receives power from the house doorbell, so no batteries to replace. The App is easy to use and have been improved with periodic updates.

Small compact. Great alert feature and also alerts to other users where there have been unusual happenings ie package theft on close by neighbor that has a similar doorbell/camera

This doorbell works great! You must make sure your current doorbell low voltage transformer is powerful enough. A new transformer is less than $20 though. It works great!

Does a good job of monitoring my front door ! Unfortunately it picks up cars driving by also . Now that I'm used to it I find it to be a valuable tool !

The ring pro is a must have. Great resolution to view action at your door. Know when packages arrive or when visitors are at your house. I’m sure it’s a deterrent for unwanted guests as well.

Ring - Video Doorbell Pro - Satin Nickel; would definitely recommend this product. Works as advertised. However, you must have an Internet upload speed of two gb for the video to flow smoothly

I found it easy to read and understood how to install but it just wouldn’t work with the doorbell set up that I currently have.

If the unit goes offline, you must be present in the same location to reset-depending on where you are this is not always convenient

We purchased this device for my daughter's house. I followed the installation instructions and it was a VERY simple install. The unit works great and she absolutely loves it.

Just recently installed. We had to upgrade our wifi bandwidth so that the picture and sound was not choppy. We are still testing it. So far, so good.

Excellent quality product that works extremely well. The only negative is the yearly fee for cloud recording. You should have the option to keep tne recordings on your own device.

Ring works well for the most part. On occasion, it has trouble connecting to the internet and has a delay in processing the live video.

I receive packages daily. I am always alerted when my packages are delivered as well as when someone visits and I am not home. I can speak to the person with any problem. Great video range

Visitors often comment on the Ring. It has performed well. Company support with initial set up problems was superb. Nothing better and it even lowered my house insurance some.
