This was a great add for a brand new home and neighborhood. Once I was able to get the geo fencing correct, it works perfectly with needless alerts. Will add the spotlight next.

This is the best invention and product to add to your home. Adds a huge level of security and comfort for any homeowner. a MUST HAVE!

The doorbell works as advertised, but the recordings are only free for 30-days, then you have to pay $3 per month if you want to keep viewing motion alerts or rings after they happen. Live view is free

The Ring Pro really gives you peace of mind knowing that you are safe, as well as your packages. Knowing my kiddos get home ok, esp. when they forget to call is so important to me.

I have enjoyed my Ring doorbell. It allows me to monitor who approaches my home. I appreciate how well it works with my iPhone and iPad.

Doorbell 3 had issues. Even though the Doorbell 3 was "hardwired" the battery always died every day. With the Doorbell Pro... Never had any issues.

Haven't used it much yet, but it is something decent that was part of a promotion, so I said heck yeah. Don't know that I would go out of my way to buy one otherwise.

When my old button stopped working, I replaced it with a Ring. The overall product is great, however there is a slight delay from when the button is pushed to the notifications.

I installed this in my new home and I really like it. It's nice to incorporate with my smart lighting and it's nice to always be able to answer the door, even when I'm far away

Works as expected. I love my Ring Doorbell. The inter-changeable faceplates are great to help you match your door hardware, surface finish, etc.

It will not stay online. I am constantly putting it back online. It's almost not worth it but it works great when it is working.

Must have for any home security system! I have a highly recommend this over the battery powered versions. The user interface is great and easy to use.

Love our new ring doorbell. It provides a sense of security not only when we are on vacation or at work but also when we are out for a date night and the kids are home with a sitter.

I have it for about a month,at begining i had video issue but it got fixed by itself,i wish just you choose how it rings,you can't either phone or chim rings or both,it rings first phone then chim,

the software is still not 100% where it needs to be but overall it does what it is supposed to do. The app can be very distracting with the notifications.

I think this a good product. The support was great as well! I had a problem with device, and Ring actually gave me support and wound up sending replacement asap!

Love this doorbell. Although it took a bit of finessing to get it right on my door frame, it looks great and operates well. No issues at all do far.

I have only 2 complaints. Price and I wish there was a way to aim the camera. It seems to operate as designed and alerts me when packages delivered.

great doorbell. must have a wired doorbell to use this one. only complaint is speaker could be better. when talking sounds like a bad drive thru speaker.

While not perfect I do enjoy having my Ring Pro doorbell. I just have some audio glitches sometimes. But I look forward to see what the future holds for Ring products.
