Well it works like it says it does, but is very sensitive to movement of light outside of the motion zone it still detects the motion of light for some reason.

Our local sheriff's office told us that these are some of the best deterrents for home invasions and I can't agree more. Great product and backend service! Never miss an unexpected visitor.

The first one I had gave me issues. I bought the Best Buy warranty for it and ended up using it to replace it. The replacement works great and have not had any problems.

I like this product but it doesn't always detect all motion. There been a few times when a person went pass one of the zones Good not great. Does not work well in storms

The ring works great. Sensitivity is easy to set for capturing the right movement. Feature to snooze are great also.

Ring solved several problems, an old and obsolete non functional doorbell and a security system all in one. When you think of it this way, it is actually a great value.

This was easy to set up and install. The response time to my phone is quick and clear. I have a greater ease knowing who is on the porch.

Only problem I am experiencing is that motion detection is not working at night. Talked with support team and they tell me they are working to fix the problem

Theoretically the system works fine however positioning of the doorbell/camera can be problematic and may require some carpentry to be able to get the optimum view

We had a hard time getting it online and had to keep calling Ring for help and had to buy a Ring Pro to get it to work.

I really wanted to give this five stars but persistent installation problems and difficulty with settings compel me to award three stars. The finger pointing between Ring and Alexa/Amazon was almost juvenile and as a result I spent way too many hours on the phone listening to them bickering with each other. Integrating smart locks into the Ring system next week—hoping it will go much smoother
