However, the multiple zone feature has no value since the zones can not be over-lapped and set-up with different sensitivities.

It works great as long as WiFi has good signal. If you have larger house or multiple cameras you may need extra routers or mesh system.

Honestly I got fooled by the advertisement. It is NOT clear as the y show on all marketing. It is nice to have but I say lower expectations so when reality sets in you don't go crazy about spending so much money. Also a huge thing I wish was covered is that if your house doesn't have a 12 amp doorbell transformer then you must upgrade to get the correct performance. That is very easy to add to description but sadly isn't and would save headaches.

The hardwire feature is a fantastic upgrade. Never need to worry about batteries. I can track all activity at my front door all from my phone. So helpful!!

I've already had multiple packages stolen from my doorstep, now I have much more peace of mind at home knowing I can always log on to see activity.

Product works as described, only problem I had was that my existing doorbell chime did not work with the Ring Pro. I contacted the company and they sent me a free ring chime!

I love knowing who is here or even walking down our street! It Alerts you if someone is walking down your street in front of your house!

The Ring door bell is easy to install & has great video recording. There is a slight delay of your home door bell ringing after the ring is pushed .

We were looking forward to using this item. But, our doorbell was positioned facing the wall, so it really defeated the purpose of having a Ring. We could've used it, but we would've had to re-wire our doorbell position. Strategize before you buy this item. It'll save you time and money. Our friends have one, and it works for them. Their doorbell looks out instead of looking at a wall.

very pleased with this product. all colors are included in the box, you can change our the covers. we did need to get a chime pro to extend our wifi network to the device

Overall I am pleased with the product. However the playback often freezes, and the live pictures take a while to work.

Had installed by Best Buy Tech Services, which was very helpful in getting the app set up on our phones and understanding how to use the system.

I loved my first one so much I got a second one for my side door. Comes in handy when I am expecting a package allowing me to watch for it.
