Exchanged original ring video for this one using extended warranty. Purchased this one because it states it is good with very cold temperatures. So far so good

Really love this item. It's very informative as to what's going on in my yard and the neighborhood feature is what makes this a grand slam homerun.

Basically, the Ring Pro must have everything almost perfect for it to work properly. I paid extra for the Ring Pro because of the supposed Wifi ability to connect to my 5G. During set up I was between a rock and a hard place, the installer didn't want to go 5G because of all the problems but Ring states what problems go ahead. Performance was spotty at best, one day it would alert as called for, the next same activity but zero alerts, even when I walked out for the paper. This product is Glitchy. It was all blamed on my router dropping the wifi signal and my RSSI reading a -63. So I threw more money at it and purchased the Ring Chime Pro, it did drop my all important RSSI down to a -40 but they neglected to tell me, even though I stated I have 5G,that the Chime Pro is only set up for 2.4 wifi, that goodness my router does both. All in all I can not tell if the device is working as called for. Yesterday while away I had the wife press the door bell, it didn't set off the alert on my cell but did show Motion At The Front Door. Like I said Glitchy. I recommend doing your homework. I thought I had but evidentially not.

Easy setup and solid construction. I like being able to monitor my all aspect of my house from my PC, tablet or phone. And the two-way speaker is an awesome feature.

I love it. It is really helpful when I wasn't expecting anyone or when I want to check the area while away from home. I plan to get more cameras.

It just works perfect, after been searching pros and cons between these and the nest one i went for this one and im not regret it. Best desicion ever.

Really like it, it does have a slight delay from time doorbell is rang and sometimes picture is black and white but otherwise a good doorbell/camera

I LOVE NEW Technology. I hv been a fan of the Ring doorbell ever since I saw it presented on Shark Tank. I was excited about adding it to my home.

Excellent. Allows me who live on second floor to view caller and ask them to wait until I can get downstairs. Also to tell deliveries it's ok to leave item without signature

App is a bit complicated to understand but you get use to it. good device for security don't regret it

Everyone needs to invest in one!!! Great for knowing who is at your door without you actually having to peek out the window.

I love my ring doorbell. It gives me the ability to not only see who's at my door but I can also view live and check the entire viewing area at anytime of the day.

This is a great product to have..you have to make sure to zone your camera right otlr it will be going off all the time but otherwise, I love it.

Good system, Could use some additional adjustments. The camera only has one angle which only works well if it is placed at about 5 or 6 feet high.

Definitely enjoying seeing whose coming and going. Totally impressed how well this work. However, I would like @RING team fixes the 5GHZ issue. Hopefully, just a firmware will resolve this. End up switching to 2.4GHZ wireless even though my router DLINK DIR890 is only 5 feet from the doorbell. If you want to keep what is recorded, you'll need to spend $3 a month per device. I will give 5 stars when they fix 5ghz wireless problems.

It’s finally working okay, but I don’t love it. I never dreamed I would end up spending nearly $500 to get it working - almost $200 for the Ring, $30 for a new transformer, $50 for a compatible doorbell and almost $200 for 4 hours of my handyman’s time. After all that, If I am not near my phone, I still don’t hear the doorbell. I should have given up and not spent so much on a mediocre product!
