Product is fantastic, caught people trying to break into car, warns me of solitictors and can tell them to go away w/o answering door (and to read no soliciting sign before they leave) Best Buy employees don't know much about Ring but product is great and simple to install 2 door bell wires 10 mins max. Brand was recommended by a police officer as being the better of the ones available

I like the Ring Doorbell! It alerts me to motion and also to when someone is actually at my door. It does sometimes take time for the video to appear on my phone, but that is not the fault of the doorbell itself. Sure, people are still stealing things off doorsteps, but at least this doorbell alerts you about motion and provides video, so I find it useful.

The ring doorbell pro is worth your money. It send notifications to your phone depending how you set the motion detecter. You can set it as for only people movement or for any movement in the cameras view. One thing I’m noticing is that my mechanical doorbell mechanism buzzes. Next step is to change the transformer on the mechanism since it’s an old one

We have been thinking about a Ring doorbell since they first came out. The drawback to the original one, for us anyway, was that it was battery-operated. When the RingPro came out with hard-wired installation we finally decided to buy. We have been very pleased with this version. The installation was easy and straight-forward. We did have an issue with the doorbell not ringing with the booster pack installed but we contacted Ring and they solved the issue. Initially we felt it was a bit too sensitive, moths would set off the motion sensor at night, but that issue has corrected itself as well. A minor issue we've found is that there is a slight delay between pushing the doorbell button and the chime sounding. Not a serious issue but it would be nice if that little glitch was fixed as well. While traveling recently we were notified that someone was at our door to make a delivery. We could communicate with the delivery driver and direct him/her to a secure place to leave the package. Otherwise it would sit at our front door alerting people that no one was at home. Bottom line is we like our RingPro.

Great camera and app. Easy install. Only reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is the slow response. It seems like most people are walking away by the time I answer the alert even though I answer it as soon as it alerts me. Otherwise love the ability to adjust the motion detection so that it doesn’t pickup passing cars.

I love this doorbell, it's awesome! The camera is so clear, you can see so much detail on my phone and I think it's great that it records everything!

Great product to not only protect your home and packages but I love that the video comes in clear both day and night. Videos can be viewed on your phone and the faceplates they send match most houses (or can be painted) so it doesn’t stick out on existing doorbells. Took about 10 mins to install and super easy!

It was installed and up and running within 1/2 hour. The picture quality is very good. I'm happy I decided to finally buy ring.

Now I can track deliveries to my home and added security for anyone approaching my front door. Easy to install and now getting neighborhood alerts.

I installed the Ring with no issues and immediately enjoyed the benefits of having a camera at our front door. Our entire family is thrilled with the security of the camera and being able to see who is at the front door and being able to 'answer' the door without having to open the front door. We are very, very pleased with the product.

Absolutely great product. The wiring is super easy and is the best laid out of any DIY product I've ever used. There are videos and a help line. The videos are great. Using the product is very easy and the video quality is very good. There's an easy way to trim the size of the field you're watching, which lessens the effect of cars on the street. Great product. Extremely well done.

I definitely feel much safer with this video door bell. It alerts me before someone actually makes it to my front door, and I can see them instantly on my iphone before they even ring the door bell. It gives me a great deal of peace of mind when I'm home alone. The video is very clear, and now I can enjoy seeing out my front door from anywhere as long as I have my iphone with me.

I love my Ring Door Bell Pro I hired a company to install it correctly and they connected everything I needed and out app on my phone. The quality is awesome! I feel safer knowing I can view front yard and porch area from my cellphone. It's hardwired to old doorbell spot so no battery change needed. The live and recording views are amazing even at night.

Purchased around Christmas time. Install was a breeze and took less then 10 minutes. Great picture and easy to use the app. Would highly recommend this security camera to anyone for peace of mind and the ability to know anytime someone or something is in range of this camera. Night time video is just as good as daytime.

This Ring doorbell is a nice addition to our home security. We did not get a front door camera with our alarm system. This device is easy to set up and use. Good camera quality for a fish eye and good audio. Having that capability in your pocket on your phone is a great feeling, especially when you aren’t home. Great to check when a package is delivered as well.

Someone was knocking on our door early in the morning one day (and several of the neighbors doors too) but they ran off and we never saw anyone since it was dark outside. I had been wanting to start getting some security cameras and other options for around the house and had been looking at some other stuff in order to help see what is happening in times like this. A guy I work with had this Ring option and it seemed neat and my brother and some other family members have Ring doorbells too. I opted for this one due to the 1080p video quality and am very happy with how it turned out. It's a little overly sensitive. Either it doesn't pick up anything or it picks up every car and thing going by on the road. I attempted to adjust the detection box but it still gets vehicles driving by but I'd rather it pull a little too much than not enough though. The camera has almost a 180* line of sight so I can see almost the whole front of my house (except for where my garage sticks out blocking that part of the camera). I now want to get some other Ring cameras to cover the back and rest of the front of the house since I'm very happy with the quality of the footage as well as the app.

The pro doorbell a nice product. Installation is easy enough for anyone to do with online tutorials available. Only negative is the skiping or glitches in the audio / video recordings on playback... Overall an excellent product for what I was trying to accomplish. Motion activated recordings and remote access comunication with individuals.

Installation was easy and straight forward. Love being able to see who is approaching.

set up per instructions are simple. it has been reliable with good video quality. one improvement I would like to see is to shorten the response time on the app--currently when i get a notification of a doorbell ring while i am out of state-----by the time the app opens on my phone the person ringing my doorbell has almost always left.

This was a great addition to my security AND smart home system. It was easy to set up, works great with my Google Home and Philips Hue lights!
