Everything about this doorbell camera was as advertised with one exception. The transformer or existing transformer will have to be changed out. It needs to be a 16 V 30 W most of them today 16 V 10 W.

I really like the camera and the security it gives. I can be miles away and I know if someone is walking around my house and I can react to that person if necessary thru the speaker and video camera. I also recommend the recharable Battery operated model.

The Ring Pro Doorbell is security and piece of mind all in a beautifly crafted and easy to install package. We had the doorbell up and working in no time and love it ease of use and great looks. We plan to install additional Ring devices around the outside of our home.

The set up is really easy to complete One of my good investment to protect the house 24/7 I had the camera from one of the security companies and took it down in a week to buy my 2nd ring

This Ring Doorbell is so easy to set up. Just replace your existing doorbell with this doorbell and connect it to your wifi. You can answer/talk to someone from your door step thru your mobile phone.

Better than my wireless cameras on my monitor security system. I have two they are very clear good quality cameras. I bought the expensive ones and I might get one more!

Installation, on door trim, is pretty straight forward. Picked the Pro because it is narrow enough to fit on trim. Had to notch the wood trim to obtain a totally flat surface. The "Pro" has HD video quality so your Internet WiFi needs to be >20 Mbps for the rotating circle to go away. (Had 12 Mbps - no video or live view) Cover security screw is small (4-40) so easily lost (2 provided) and easily cross threaded. The provided tool has too large of a handle to keep the cross threading from happening. "BE CAREFUL" Video is excellent both day and night. Three? different colored covers. Cell App is straight forward and easy to use.

Easy installation and works perfectly. I also got the spotlight camera for the back of the house.

It sounds nice and the camera is fantastic. We have a Smart Home Nest for Thermostat n Back porch flood light w camera as well.

This doorbell is so easy to setup. The video instructions gives you a step by step guide. The app is very easy to use.

I had sky bell though my alarm company and It worked like crap I had it removed and purchased ring the best purchase I had made works 90% of the time the other 10%. I was in Canada couldn't open up the ring when it went off because I couldnt connect to the internet but soon as I got back to the hotel with Wi-Fi opened right up .. love it
