Love it, just added to my Samsung SmartThings hub. I use thru a smart app that displays as my Home Screen on my IPhone XR. I displays the camera view full time on my Home Screen with my other two cameras. Very good picture and the motion look fantastic.

Ring Video Doorbell Pro. The old saying the 3rd time is the charm explains perfectly the experience of the newest ring pro video doorbell. First one connected to my system but then in one day it stopped working. Tech support from Ring was very helpful and despite trouble shooting the final assessment was faulty product. Returned to Best Buy for exchange. The 2nd attempt failed right out of the box, the new installed unit could not make a connection to my wifi. Ring support again helpful in trouble shooting and determined once again faulty unit. Instead of heading back to Best Buy for a third unit Ring.com offered to exchange my unit for a factor fresh unit which took 2 days to receive. They not only sent me a replacement but also the packaging material to return the faulty one. The 3rd unit connected immediately and worked as advertised. Pro's. Impressive camera and sound clarity, easy to install (once you get a unit that works) and easy to set up. Tech support from Ring was very responsive. Con's. Price seems on the high side, 2 faulty units. Alert delays when someone is at the door sometimes seem long as compared to what is expected with people who are standing at the door . Time frame breaks out in the following pattern. Some arrives at the door 10 or 20 seconds before an alert is triggered. Then after the alert the time spent to activate and open the ring app. to respond can take another 10 to 20 seconds thus leaving the person at the doors experience (now at minute +/- wondering if anyone is home. May not seem like much but you stand at a door after ring the bell for 40 seconds or more and see how you feel about delays. I would recommend to a friend but would also caution that patience may be needed to get the hang of the alert system.

The Ring doorbell was very easy to install. It pretty self explanatory in the app on how to adjust it. It’s sensitive to movement, but we feel like it really gives you some comfort knowing it’s there. Great camera on it. Fun to talk to people when you’re not even home, but they don’t know that!!

I love being able to remotely see when someone comes close to my front door or ring my doorbell. It provides great peace of mind. Setup is fairly easy if you know what you're doing. I did run into some issues that self-resolved themselves over night. You will need a strong wifi connection to ensure optimal reliability.

Easy to install, although I did not access their videos online, a friend I referred did for his installation. The access to my cellphone is quick and the video is of excellent quality. I will add the additional camera next time I have a few minutes to install. Overall, price and quality makes this item and system a must have solely for safety.

I really like the simplicity of the installation and the clarity of the video that the Ring doorbell provides. The assorted covers are a plus and wi-fi and phone interfacing was straightforward. Extremely pleased with this purchase, especially with sale price.

This doorbell works great. Love the motion sensor and easy to adjust the range. Doorbell works great and highly recommend.

Very satisfied. It took be about 1/2 hour to install. My only mistake was tightening the doorbell a little too tightly which caused an the doorbell to ring constantly until I backed it off a bit. Video quality and motion detection is good. Notifications to my phone for motion and rings work well. Cloud recording is a great feature as well.

Ok, I tried the skybell HD first as it was cheaper and boy was that a mistake. It was junk. However, the doorbell pro is excellent. Good quality cam, easy to install, utilizes the 5ghz band, fast to respond. Works great.

The Ring Doorbell is easy to install and and very easy to use. The app allows you to customize the motion zone and alerts.

I needed a video doorbell that would take my existing two-wire power set-up. I like the fact that when I receive notifications (recorded events), the recording starts prior to the event that came into one of my assigned motion fields. Assigning motion fields was simple and accurate. I do think the instructions could have been developed better. I had watched a couple of videos on this doorbell prior to buying it. The videos made set-up easier than it could have been. Video quality is excellent, although my internet tends to slow down connection to the camera when notified. The setup came with a masonry drill bit that died out before one of my screw holes was completed in my brick. Not a big issue as I had other bits available, but the provided bit is probably only good mortar or surfaces that are less hard than brick. All in all, this is a good purchase and I’m glad I purchased the pro version with the larger field of view than the other models.

We had been considering a Ring Doorbell for awhile. The Pro really fit our needs. The documentation came with a service number for a $50 install, which is a bit under-market of what our independent providers were charging. The installation and setup took about 20 minutes and we have greater piece of mind. Great purchase!

Great product. Looks great. Added piece of mind. This product is very convenient once setup. Being able to see your front door while you are away adds to piece of mind. Video quality and sound is great! Make sure you have good wifi signal to your front door, if not buy the wifi extender from Ring.

This was easy to install, but you must have a WIRED doorbell. Not one running on batteries. This unit records motion on my driveway right up to my front door. Stranger rings my doorbell, and I can see through the camera and talk to them instead of having to open my door. Feel so much more secure.

I love this camera! I really like the peace of mind it creates by alerting us to any activity at the door. The only drawback is the amount of tweaking you have to do to limit your alerts. We were receiving alerts any time a car drove down the side street, and it is a busy street... lol!

Only has been in service a couple of days but really has a good picture and like being able to see who’s at the door.

Easy to install, set up and use. Ocassionally there are lag times but I think that’s more to do with my WiFi carrier.

Often times there is a slight delay in receiving a motion alert. Great night vision and detection.

It's the new must have for home security!!! I love that my husband and I can get alerts not only when there is a ring at the door, but also sense motion like when someone leaves a package at my door without ringing the door bell, I get a notification. Also I can keep track who has been home or left and at what time. Overall it is great!
