Easy to install (took about 15 minutes), easy to use iPhone app, customizable alert zones. Highly recommended.

The Ring Doorbell Pro is an easy to use, easy to install device that provides near-instant alerts and crystal-clear video. As you can operate a screwdriver, the installation is a breeze. You do have to purchase a "cloud" recording plan in order to have video saved for review, but the $3/month charge is reasonable.

Nice to know someone is coming to the door before the dog goes berserk so I can head him off or put on chain.

Works even better than expected. Verify your transformer. Needs a min of 16v. Other than that easy to set up.

Installation was easy, we even had to do some modifications to our vinyl siding, but it only took about 45 minutes from start to finish. My router broadcasts in 2.4 and 5 ghz, the Ring Pro only picked up the 2.4 ghz signal. At first we had some issues with the door bell ringing and notifying us, but when we went to view the it only showed an all black image. It still does it from time to time, but it has gotten better. When the image does come through it is crystal clear. The audio needs some improvement, but it isn't terrible. I know that the Ring Pro has some bad reviews, I am sure that as they release more firmware updates the performance will become more consistent. With all of that being said, I would still buy it again. We are about to add the Ring Stick Camera to our home as well. Good luck!

The ring doorbell was easy to install and easy to setup. It works beautifully. My wife and I are able to view our front door area from our iPhones anytime, are alerted to movement, and can respond to ringing of our doorbell from anywhere. The video log is reasonably priced and well worth having. Highly recommend.

Really good video quality. Easy to use app. Tons of fun to talk to people through. Just be aware that it only comes with a month or two of the subscription for free. Then it's $4 a month for one device.

I bought this to feel safer in my new home after I was the victim of an assault. My ability to know who is at my door or who is approaching my door has given me the ability to sleep again! I followed the directions to install the Ring myself. I also was able to install one of the enclosed wedges to get a perfect view of my front door. The Ring app was easy to install on my Android phone from the play store. The only thing that could have made this product recieve 5 stars would have been if i didn't have to call an electrician to troubleshoot the app for me. I was told that there are compatability problems between the Ring Pro and old TruTone doorbells. Unfortunately, my home was equiped with a TruTone doorbell system.

Extremely sensitive. Sometimes tells me there is movement at my door but not one is there!

Very easy to install. excellent product my wife and I have the apps on our phone and get the rings anywhere. You can see the video as the person approaches ... even before they ring the bell. There is a slight delay with the voice response, but the unit is very effective and the picture quality is excellent

This is one of the best things ever made! It helps you manage your time better, feel safer & best of all it's SIMPLE to use! The video is great & the ability to set the motion range is great. I think this should be a standard for all houses & insurance companies should encourage new home owners to install.

This Ring doorbell is completely awesome! Setup was a complete breeze. Definitely user friendly. Great video/audio quality. Also has different color options for the faceplate. If you’re reading this, just purchase it already! You won’t be disappointed.

After reading many reviews and looking at larger more complete systems we decided to start simple with our perimeter security. The Ring Pro includes very good instructions and wiring accessories to make the install easy, especially if it was someone without experience or parts on hand. Remember this is a wired product at both exterior doorbell location and there is also an adapter requiring install at the physical bell mounted in your home. Most people should have no issues, but since every home is different it would be advised to read the install guides thoroughly before purchase or installation. Once installed, the wireless network connected and our account was setup we fine tuned the motion sensor so it wasn't set off by cars at a nearby corner. The mobile app works well. We have it loaded on both Android and Apple phones. Each family member has access to it. No issues yet, hoping our sub-zero winter temps don't impact it too much.

Works as advertised. Just make sure you have the minimum upload speed for clear audio and video connection.

The video quality and audio is awesome. Doorbell has a very slight delay but overall the product is great.

Very impressed with our ring doorbells, great video with a wide angle lens and clear sound. Installation was easy, once I googled the wiring diagram. The ring is quite popular in our neighborhood, makes a good group security system.

It’s been great but we did receive one package that didn’t activate the chime. My husband installed it said it was easy. I programmed it. At first it wasn’t connecting but I started over and then all went smoothly. So far we’re loving it.
