For video recordings and they don’t work often and tons of time the videos freeze up. I have great internet so that’s not the issue. I believe the issue is the service.

I ended up returning it because it never powered on. Unlike the other Ring doorbells, this one you have to attach to your chime. I have 2 chimes and we tried attaching it to both and it never ended up working. Ring support was quite irritating to work with too. I ended up returning it and getting the Ring 2 and love it. Was super easy to snap in and install, didn’t have to deal with the chime install. Highly recommend saving money and going for Ring 1 or 2 models and not the Pro!

Once installed, that was not the case as sometimes the ring doesn’t register someone or something in the designated area.
