It has buffering issues and it’s reviews across the board say the same thing. Technology on this sucks but it’s kinda the best there is perhaps now that I’m aware of.

Quality of camera during the day not so great

I would not recommend this product to anyone.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I installed the Ring doorbell I discovered that the existing transformer was not the correct voltage. I then installed the correct transformer and a new indoor chime. I then reconnected the doorbell and every thing seemed to work fine. After a few days the indoor chimes stopped working when the doorbell was activated. The doorbell was hot to the touch so I disconnected it and replaced it with a standard doorbell. When the doorbell was working, I was disappointed in the time lapse that occured between the time of the event at the front door and the alert, video and live view. If every thing had worked as described I still would not recommend it.

Dont waste your money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The basic idea behind the Ring video doorbell pro is that you can have video access to your doorbell while away from home. This product fails at its basic design. I have had nothing but problems with it since purchase and have even had a warranty exchange from Ring. Being away from home for long periods of time I thought I was buying piece of mind but instead purchased headache. If the doorbell goes offline for any of the many reasons then the only way to reset it is to be at home where the doorbell is. It is not possible to reset it remotely. Customer service is easy to contact and very friendly but not helpful at all in actually fixing the issues.
