    After many hours on the phone with RING help desk, they elevated my problem to a special team that was to follow up with me directly. I am still waiting. It's been 3 weeks.

    After multiple attempts and contact with tech support had to return this because could not get to work. Doorbell chime would continuously go off until I turned off the fuse

    It's running the current firmware 1.0.40 and it seems to have fixed all the bugs that I was having problems with. The night vision and motion detection is working the way it's suppose and the picture quality is great for this device. I'm glad I didn't return it and just stayed holding on for the bugs to be worked out. I had the previous gen and this is a great upgrade now that everything is worked out.

    The camera would not record with out internet, so if your internet is down you don’t have any recording or motion sensor messages from the device.

    This is my second Ring Pro. First was dead out of the box, The second wouldn't ring my doorbell. No matter what I did couldn't get it working even with Ring support

    I purchased and can not get it to work right but ring says it is my Internet but I have the fastest Internet you can have. So I wasted 300.00

      Oh no, this doesn't sound right. Do you happen to know what your upload speed is? You can check by visiting www.bandwidthplace.com on your cell phone, and running a speed test right next to where your Ring Doorbell Pro is installed. We also recommend running a speed test right next to your router and comparing the two speeds. Sometimes, even with high internet speeds, the connection isn't as strong at the front of the house.     I have tried atried. I have had some help. I have called ring and frontier. The doorbell rings. No picture. Very expensive doorbell.
