    The ring doorbell is a waste of time it only works about 20% of the time, & when I get time I'll be returning this product.

    Had to return. So sad. Doorbell would stay in night mode all day. Wedges didn't help. Now I have two extra holes on my wall.

      I'm sorry to hear this. Notification delay is normally attributed to Wi-Fi / bandwidth connection, however we can take a further look into this for you to make sure we resolve this. Do you happen to know what your upload speed is? You can check by visiting www.bandwidthplace.com on your cell phone, and running a speed test right next to where your Ring Doorbell is installed. We also recommend running a speed test right next to your router, and comparing the two speeds. Sometimes, even with high internet speeds, the connection isn't as strong at the front of the house.       We know how important it is to pick the correct video doorbell for your home. Although the Ring Video Doorbell Pro requires at least a 16V 10VA transformer, we do offer battery doorbells as well. Please know we are here to help you find the best way forward.

      As a reference, we've included a link to our Ring Video Doorbells. For example, the Ring Video Doorbell (2020 Release) and Ring Video Doorbell 3 are excellent options for those who cannot hard-wire their doorbells.
