Love the sense of security this product gives when I’m away from home

Easy to install, easy to use, and it works great. You have to get on.

If you have a covered west facing entryway I would pass on this device. Mine remains in night mode all day creating a useless overexposed image in black and white. The rare instances where the daytime mode worked, usually for a few minutes after a reboot, the picture was great. Ring support is hit or miss technically depending on who answers the phone. The fall back answer seems to me a future firmware update will solve the issues or the light sensor is using a weighted average of the light measurement and it's skewed because of the dark brick. To their credit, I'm on my third device to rule out hardware issues and they sent a wedge kit to try to angle it more to the light. The second device was DOA. The wireless connection is fine, but my router is in the room next to the door so the signal is strong. Installation and setup was easy. After the third installation, I was able to have it wired and connected to the app in under 10 minutes. I basically have a very expensive wireless intercom. The audio is good and everyone who I've spoken to through it says the audio quality is very good. If you are mounting this in a location that provides lots of ambient light, lack of shadows or have a flood light pointed into your covered entryway, this may be a good deal. If you do have a covered entry way, it makes a decent intercom. I was able to speak with someone when I was travelling abroad with no issues. To summarize, I'm underwhelmed.

Easy installation and love the ease of use! It is a great way to keep track of when those packages arrive and especially who is at the front door!! Very clear picture as well!!

Great doorbell with camera. Highly recommend it for front door use.

the doorbell came with good instructions and all hardware needed. followed instructions and had no problem installing. it already alerted us when an unexpected package was left on the door step. picture is clear.

Really east to setup, No problems there I was able to hardwire it to my traditional doorbell very easily. Have had a few connection issues I'm sure it was because of early firmware. Working great now. Easy to install great cost, great video quality.

I am really enjoying new Ring Pro. The camera is surprisingly good, even at night and I love being able to talk to and see whoever us at my door without going downstairs. After a bit a tweaking, the motion sensors are working well.

I like it! Be sure to read the instructions and follow them to the letter. I had to purchase and bell because the one I had did not provide the 16volts needed by Ring. The mobile app is flakey somtimes. It takes a bit too long to load the live video when there is motion or the bell is pushed. The video clarity is great!

I installed this in minutes and then proceeded with the programming with the app. I was amazed at how easy it was to setup and the quality of the camera I receive on my devices. This gives me a piece of mind.

The built quality and camera are excellent. The night vision is clear. Ecstatically it looks very good. There’s a slight echo when turning on the mic but it could be due to the high ceiling (20’ high). and how the porch is built.

I purchased the ring video 2 years ago and with the cold weather it was not working so I upgraded. So far this one is great. The video is great quality and it is very easy to set up. This one is supposed to work -5 to 100 degrees
