Installation was easier than anticipated. They provide the tools! I had to upgrade my internet to get a better quality picture. It's worth it. Has already come in handy for me.

This doorbell camera provides a clear high quality picture. It is easy to use, does what it promised to do and I bought a second one for our back door. I would definitely recommend this doorbell.

Fish eye lens sees more than I expected. Excellent vision at night too. Sensitive trigger. Videos any car or pedestrian that passes in front of the house.

I like it a lot the only problem is that it’s too sensitive and delayed around 10 seconds . I do recommend it and think every house should have it

The product is great, but has a few small issues. It does everything it is suppose to and it meets our needs. The problems we have found is the device does not always connecting to our phone. We try and pull it up and it doesn't connect. Most of the time the connection is not a problem and the picture is good. Another issue is, when our porch light comes on the device doesn't pick up motion. It will pick up motion before the light is activated. The final problem, the device can't pick up our address. The device uses our neighbors address. This is weird but It doesn't seem to have anything to do with the device working.

Love ring products. How could the shark tank pass up helping these guys years ago! I did install the tamperproof screw incorrectly and I can't get it out.It is stripped. Not that I need to, but I might need to some day. Installed it on Halloween day and watched the teenages empty out the candy bowl.

The Ring Doorbell is a great product and exactly what we expected....no let downs on the ease of installation and quality of video. The app is really good too.

The Ring doorbell camera has an excellent picture. The motion detection works well and the speaker feature is a nice option when you are unable to get to your door when someone rings the bell.

I had the original Ring doorbell. Setup is similar, except now you need to install a box for the extra power needed in home. But it also has a great feature that allows for you to turn off your mechanical doorbell if you use one. That's great for someone with dogs that starts barking at every ring of the doorbell. Also that motion detection zones are great, instead of setting a range like with the original, you can set precisely which areas you want to trigger motion.

My sister bought a cheap camera for outdoors, but I read review that said 1080 p was best and read reviews that this was 1080p. Great picture, great video, great audio. Night time just as good

The Ring Video Doorbell Pro was easy to install and has great video quality. I would have rated it a 5 but the sound is not as clear as I expected.

Overall I would recommend this to another customer. After your 30 day free subscription you have to pay a yearly fee to be able to see what your Ring has recorded.

Super easy to install and works great. Love that you can adjust the motion detector so your ring doesn’t go off when cars drive by every time.

Love it has a great picture and sound quality and easy to install. Need to make sure you have 16 to 24 volts my old door bell was 10 volt had to change the transformer.

I like the capability of answering the door and NOT having to open the door. Everything that is needed to install is provided. Quick and easy set up.

This was one of the best things we bought in the past few years. We have security cameras, but none of them give us a good view of the person's face at the door. That is why we got the ring. It is great being able to answer the door without actually going to the door. Love the remote ability too.

This product does everything that it claims. Easy installation. It does not miss a thing. I am alerted to anything that approaches my door. Next purchase for me will be their floodlight cam.

I did end up having to return the first one but the second one worked up until last week when it died for no reason. The saving grace is customer support is sending out a new one and I should have it next week.

Easy to install, works great. The camera is very clear even in night vision. Can talk to neighbor kids ringing the bell, and let them know their friends aren't home right now. Cool

I purchased 2 Ring-Video Doorbell Pro units. Once I figured out how to set the doorbell and stopped it from ringing constantly it was great. I didn't have the perimeters set properly and it rang every time a car drove by or our flag waved. Now it notifies us properly when someone's at the door or delivering a package. It works well and gives us piece of mind. Also, the Ring customer service is fabulous. They take whatever time you need to help you set it up and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend the Ring.
