These doorbells are the best 2 way security system and for a really great price! Once again I’d tell anybody to get them from BESTBUY because they are always having a sale on them and of course a free gift! Ring is perfect... I can answer my door from my room or choose to just look at people without saying a word because I’m one of those “call before you come to my house” type of person! These little suckers pick up great picture and audio! You won’t go wrong with buying it!

A big fan of automation and technology so naturally this is right in my wheelhouse. In the past month, I've installed both a video doorbell pro and a floodlight camera and both are performing well. The installation was a snap and setup was just as easy. My only concern is with the cyber security posture of Ring and any IoT device. I have segregated my IoT devices onto a separate wireless network so they have no access to my computers, tables, phones. With that little caveat in mind I absolutely recommend this product.

This is a great addition to overhead camera Security. Eye level video. There is an audible alarm for motion on your phone.

The Ring - Video Doorbell Pro was a good choice and is functioning as advertised. Hookup my existing doorbell wiring and chime was simple. After the 30-days of free storage you must have but have a Cloud subscription to be able to recover and view past events. Without Cloud storage, you can only view activities real-time, then the events are lost, so you are stuck with the recurring storage costs.

Amazing how this product tells you any movement near your door and sends message anywhere you have your cell phone that someone is at your door which you can answer them from anywhere. Now we see who is there, solicitors can be ignored and anyone attempting to steal a package is recorded . Plus all your neighbors have this product and are linked together to tell us when someone who does not look right is at their door or you get warnings from the neighborhood if someone stole a package with a picture from this product showing who the person is.

Great video quality and sound pick up. Wide range of view and very sensitive motion detection. Definitely recommend this door bell.

Great doorbell and security. Easy to install and a good product to help you feel secure while away from home.

Sucks you have to pay a fee to review recordjugs after 30 days however the product works. Install was ok, had to get a hammer drill to install into the brick since the holes from my current doorbell didn’t line up.

Easy set up. Had to update the doorbell transformer. Very clear picture even at night.

The Ring Doorbell is very easy to install and the video is very good. It interfaces well with the existing door bell chimes.

We love our ring that doesn't use a battery. It was very easy to install and get hooked up to our phones.

Video is great. Easy to install. Connects to Alexa easily on iPhone. The big box has extra faceplates.

Really like this ! Make sure you have a good strong internet signal close by. I had to take my extender and move it closer to the front door so I could really have the streaming results they show in the commercial. Tweaking the sensitivity is a bit of a challenge but works very well. It really does give one a sense of knowing whats coming which is comforting. I also like the $30 per year cloud storage, I have already had to go back in my video captures to remember when a particular solicitor was in the neighborhood.

Sometimes it's slow to respond. Paying for alerts and storage is too expensive @ $30 each camera. Decent picture day and night.

Great buy, easy to install. Works great, but can be a little sensitive when cars pass by.

This is the best thing ever! I can see who is at my door and if I am not home, I can still speak to whoever it is. If I am out, I can see if UPS left a package. We had someone install ours, but the directions are so easy to follow. It comes with different face plates so you have a choice of different finishes like white, black, brown, nickel. I hooked it up to my Alexa. I say, “Alexa, show me the front door” and I see it on the screen.

1st unit we got would not connect to internet. After an hour on phone with Ring tech, she determined the brand new unit was defective. Took it back to Best Buy & exchanged for another. 2nd one worked perfectly.
