I am so happy I made this purchase. Your ring products can also be use with any Fire stick and viewd by your Alexa. With the Alexa you are able to see your cameras on your TV

Installation was easy and the camera works well. Make sure you have good WiFi for good video.

My brother- in law and sister love the video doorbell I feel I got a great deal and trust that it will keep my family safe from intruders theft, and keeping packages safe I know best but is near by so if anything goes wrong with item we can go directly to the geek squad to get it fixed or replace thank you

Love my Ring doorbell. Extremely easy to install and use. The one star taken off is more so for the app and it’s lack of features. I sort of wish the interface for setting the motion zones was better. It’s also delayed in giving notifications. Overall if you’re ok with a few seconds delay it’s great tool to have.

Simple setup. Great video cloud usability. Wish you could adjust/ move camera angle

wired doorbell doesnt have sleep mode to conserve a battery so way less missed footage because the doorbell had to wake up first to record, wired power devices record and dump all non motion footage. this one is smaller too. i wired my doorbell trans to a battery backup ups as well, very happy. Poe would be even better but their poe model is 5 hunnid dolla, so yeah.

Most of the time it works fine, but sometimes communication is not fast enough and you can’t answer no time. I’m sure next generations would be better.

Great video doorbell records sounds and video and has motion detection. Highly recommended!

Easy installation much better picture than original ring

I was shopping today and recd an alert—checked it out and I had had a pkg delivered. It’s a great way to know exactly when Your Teenager comes in at night. It’s fantastic!!

Product works great. This is the wired (rather than rechargeable) option. Video is nice and clear in the daytime but the night vision could be better. Wish I had bought it on Amazon though because store staff were not helpful and seemed a bit put out to even show where products are in the store.

Was surprised to find how easy the setup was and how clear the camera is even at night.

First one did not connect to Wi-Fi. Took it back, exchanged it and put it in. WOW it works, notifies me at work when someone approaches the door. In HD, clear as a bell. This is most awesome thing I have purchased in a while. even the wife, who hate everything I buy loves this little gadget. You can DIY, if placing it over existing door bell or if handy with screwdrive and drill, otherwise pay the $50 to have it installed.

Love the Ring Doorbell. I can feel at peace while at work knowing that my house is not only protected by my 2 dogs now. The Ring Doorbell works wonderful, lets me know when I have a package arriving or guests. I can speak to those at my door while I'm 30 miles away at work. Love the Ring Doorbell!!

My Ring Pro Doorbell is great. It was easy to install and works great. I also purchased a Ring Chime which extends the foorbell and motion sound throughout the house. In addition I paired it with Alexa. It is a good feeling to know who is at the front door. My transaction with Best Buy was perfect with curbside pickup. Highly recommend!
