Simple installation and a great picture from the device.

This camera is easy to set up and install. Well worth the money.

Great product, easy to set up and use. We do get a lot of notificatoins from people walking by on the street in front of our house (which is about 20 yards away - and we can zoom in with great resolution!), but trying to get our system to be a little less sensitive has been tricky. Other than that, very happy with the system-

I don't know why we waited so long to get 1. The answer the doorbell anywhere feature is great. You can be at the store or on the toilet. This version hooked up directly to existing doorbell wires. The only thing I would improve on is the quality of the camera. It is sometimes grainy and fast motion sometimes leaves a blur. I definitely would recommend this

We really love the ease and clarity of the camera, night mode is pretty good as well especially for the price. The notifications have been prompt and easily adjusted to the users preferences. Easy install, took about 30 minutes from start to finish. And another 10-20 minutes to get the app and all preferences worked out. It's well worth the money in our opinion especially is you do t have a current camera system.

My Parents purchased this item at a local Best Buy Store. Then I went to my local Best Buy to purchase one for my Home. Video Ring Doorbell A must have for any home.

This is great for added security to you home. Easy to install and use

I had the first generation of ring doorbell it was ok but battery has to be removed and charged at least once a month. The ring doorbell pro is a much better picture with good quality day or night. The chime from my house works well with the new ring doorbell pro. The battery has excellent life and I have not removed ring pro to charge it.

The Pro works fantastic once you have it installed and working. I had the non-Pro version before this and the quality (build, wireless, and video) is night and day. Make sure that you check outyour wired doorbell compatibility if installing into an existing system. I ended up switching to a Ring Chime.

Excellent product easy to set up and use works as expected

The camera has good visual clarity and the audible is clear as well. The downfall for me is that the motion sensor has a very limited area. I would like to have a wider range of motion detection. The only other downfall is that you will be asked to prescribe to a yearly fee if you want saved videos available to you otherwise your camera will only be in real time viewing.

Overall great product. I had my electrician install it but looked easy enough. Once installed worked as described. Would have given it 5 stars but I noted Only flaw is you MUST have Internet in order for the doorbell to even ring. Would be nice if they would allow just the doorbell "ring" feature to happen in the absence of Internet or wi-fi connectivity difficulties.

I bought one of these earlier in the year from another retailer and had a lot of problems with it. Some was due to having the wrong doorbell transformer at first so be conscious of that when you buy this model. I upgraded my home’s WiFi and doorbell transformer but I still had a heck of a time getting it to connect and stay connected. After months of fighting with the original unit, I decided to give it one more try by starting over with a brand new unit. So far, so good after about a few weeks of use with the new one. It seems like it’s going to be ok. Hopefully it’ll stay ok. If this one fails, I’ll switch to a different brand. The only thing that’s annoying to me is the speed at which the app goes “live”. There’s a delay so if you’re hoping to talk to someone at your door, you’ll miss them if they don’t stand there and wait. Other than that, it’s tolerable.

Thr ring,com pro doorbell was easy to install and set up. The video quality is excellent.
