Very easy to install and a very clear video even at night

For the Pro doorbell - You MUST have a 16v 30a doorbell tranformer - If you do not the pro doorbell will not function correctly - best buy should start stocking these if theyre smart - app is simple and effective - great picture - neighborhood alerts are great! & ring's customer service is outstanding!

I had the older version. But the Pro has a great camera and easier to install.

After a little tweaking this device is great. There’s is a lag in notifications, not sure if this because of internet service.

The installation to replace my doorbel and downloading of software was easy & straightforward. After 30 minutes of playing with the app the Ring Video Pro is a no brainier for providing additional security for one's home. Several of the reviews I had read prior to purchasing Ring Video Pro had concerns regarding WiFi compatibility but it worked perfectly with AT&T U-Verse.

I love this thing. It was simple to install and hardwire to my existing doorbell. I love not having to worry about batteries and the slimmer design is much better than the non-pro version. It comes with multiple cover finish options. I’m so happy with Ring that I also purchased the stick up cam for the back yard. Offers peace of mind.

We are so happy with our decision to purchase this item. We are not able to see the front of our house from the upstairs; so this is great when someone is at the front door. It works excellently and it's awesome that you can see who is outside but they cannot see you, so if you are not home and someone rings the doorbell you can still answer and ask them to come back later.

Ring doorbell pro is a great doorbell for the price. It has good quality night vision. Color picture is good during the day. If they allow you to change the settings for contrast and brightness yourself, I would give it 5 stars. Currently you have to call customer service and let them remote in to your device to change those settings.

Ring Doorbell products are glitchy! Need to be next to a wifi router to work properly. Black screens, delayed response to movement trigger and low battery life. Purchased all three products and wish I held-off until they resolve the glitches!! Works sporadically...can't recommend!!!

The Ring Pro is great when it works, but seems to take a long time to answer when someone rings it. So, I bought the chime pro wifi extender to go with it and it is even slower. On top of that, you have to pay for a cloud account, although nominal, to review any video recorded.

This product is great! It sends the ring to your phone and alerts you whenever someone rings your doorbell. While it could seem annoying to have it go there, it is very useful for when you're home alone and do not feel like answering the door to see who it is. With ring, you can pull it up on your phone and check as well as talk to the person. It was also very easy to install.

This doobell is nice for viewing home when not home. The camera has a nice wide viewing angle that captures a lot. The major flaw to me is that Ring requires you to use their cloud service for recording. There should be more flexibility in allowing someone to put on other storage devices if they choose to. There should also be a date & time stamp option that can be displayed on the video like other cctv.

A huge improvement from the original. Though this one does require a bit more work to install. As the original was a more just plug and play. This one has more power because you have to plug in a little device inside of your Door Bell's existing setup. Not too complicated though. The results in the end is a great doorbell with a very clear video to see who is at your door.
