Works like a champ and easy to install. Make sure you're doorbell has at least 16vac though. Mine was low and caused poor performance like purple video, lag, etc. changed the doorbell transformer, 12$ at Home Despot, and has been working well. For some reason at night the motion triggers a record event every 10 minutes.... Strange.

The only issue is with the amount of data it uses to load. The product itself is great and love it

LOVE my ring doorbell pro. It provides a very clear and wide view. I’m able to see my driveway as well as my porch.

Great device, within 24 hours of install, noticed suspicious activity and deterred neighborhood kids from mischief.

In general, meh, nothing to knock my socks off. First unit was broken out of the box. Customer service was helpful, but it was easier to swap it at BB. Second one, I learned that I needed a new door bell transformer. NOTHING on Ring's website, found what I needed to know on youtube. Unit has always had a very long delay between pushing the button and ringing the bell. Has to be a design issue. Cloud storage, video streaming, etc lack luster and got worse as time went on. Maybe Ring has issues scaling their product? No idea, but for $250, I'm not debugging it for them. I'm now about to swap out for ANOTHER unit. Thankfully my credit card doubles the warranty. Depending on how that goes, this will probably be the last one. All in all? Rushed to market, company has execution issues. I'd give this product 2.5 stars, but I can't. No extra credit due to the time I've spent trying to make it work. Keep in mind - it's a DOORBELL first. It should not be this hard.

Very helpful to have at your house, especially around the holiday season when you have a lot of packages delivered.

This Ring Pro doorbell/camera works great. Easily installed, easy to set up parameters and has never failed to provide great service. Has great coverage. Software works very well and controls all aspects of the device.

I like it very much other then the fact that you have to pay a monthly fee to be able to use it.

This is a much needed purchase. This has already paid for itself but allowing me to monitor my home while at work.

The hard wired aspect of this item was the problem. I returned it for the battery-operated Ring.

This is for my elderly mom who can't get to the door quickly, now she can see who is there even if she is not home.

I've had this doorbell for a couple months now and it's been great. Installation was relatively easy. I feel a lot safer having this doorbell. After having it for only a couple of months or so I can't imagine going back to a regular doorbell. We have come to depend on this device to help us monitor who comes to our door

First Ring had to take back to store. Then after getting Chime, was able to connect to internet.

Great product and the install/setup was fairly easy. Must have if you want to keep an eye on package deliveries. I like being able to check on alerts if I’m away from home; you also have the ability to answer your door while away.

Makes me comfortable knowing I can see who’s at the door before I get there. Also great when you’re not home to be able to answer the door or see who was there. Was very helpful when I was getting deliveries to be able to see when they got there, or if they’d still be there when I get home

Fairly easy to install. Recommend having strong internet otherwise there could be lagging when communicating using the phone app. Love being able to confirm when the kids get home from school or are on time for curfew.

Works great, setup was easy for someone with no knowledge of wiring. Be aware that you can only save videos to your account if you have a subscription to Ring's services. Otherwise, its only use is to see the current view outside your door and to speak to people that come to the door.

I had the original RING bell which still works fabulous after 3 years but when I obtained the camera/flood light devices, the 1080 picture quality was significantly better than the 720 on the original RING bell, so I had to upgrade to the 1080 on the bell and the difference is phenomenal.

My family and I love our Ring video doorbell pro. Good video quality. They can improve on the sound quality of the vido call but I still give it 5 stars. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. Installation wasn't too complicated and Ring has a support phone number with great service.
