Replaced first generation and is a big improvement. Quicker response and better picture quality. Paired it with other ring devices and can conveniently see the entire perimeter of my house in one place.

Works Gr8!! Clear video, Cloud Recordings $30/year. I like the customizations of zones feature. Also better to use with the "Chime" instead of your mechanical doorbell when paired with the "Ring" it sounds puny a weak Ding sound. Use the Ring with the wireless Chime instead much better.

After getting it hooked up I had a problem with the doorbell not working Ring’s tech support helped and got it figured out in no time and sent me a replacement Now I can keep track of the house and it’s already helped with situations with the neighbors

Came free with the fridge. Installation was a little complicated especially outside. Setup was easy, works great with my phone and fridge. Had to lower the coverage as it was picking everything from the front road.

I added this Ring-Video Doorbell Pro over a year ago and I loved how it works. It was very easy to used and setup. I have had no problems with the video quality. I would recommend this as an added security at your front door.

This is like getting a 4 in 1 product rather than just a doorbell. It acts as a regular doorbell but also gives you alerts regarding motion outside your home, allows you to intercom/speak with the person no matter where you are and also allows you to have a video record on file. LOVE IT !!

Great stand alone camera if you don't currently have a home automation system.

The notifications can become annoying when every car drives by. However there is a network of near neighbors who let you know if they have had suspicions or break ins. I have a 2 story home so if I’m upstairs I can answer the door through the doorbell. Love it!

Works good most of the time. The app can be a little slow at times but have been able to talk to people at my door while at work with no problems on rings end. I have had phone reception problems where it was difficult to understand the other person. No fault of ring.

It's an awesome gadget to have especially if you have kids and want to know who is at the door.

I upgraded my dated ADT camera to this. This video quality is way better. It records everything that it should and takes a picture every 3 minutes in between. It’s amazing. I 100% recommend it to anyone with a home.

Hardest part was drilling into the stucco in the outside of the house. Hook up and set up was simple. Love the added security to my home. Had an instance where the unit stopped working but it may have been more of a network issue.

I had no issues with this doorbell cam easy to use and install. Only reason I returned it is because I was planing to go Nest all the way (indoor/outdoor). The one thing I miss is the 2way audio recording when something is detected, my Nest doorbell doesn't do that :(

This product was easy to install. The directions were detailed and went smoothly. It took a little experimenting to get all the parameters to work the way I wanted, such as the motion sensitivity. Once setup I can observe anyone who approaches my door, even when I'm not home. Great product.

Very happy with my purchase! Little delay between motion detection and notification on my iPhone. Great color video quality. Subscription service is affordable $30/ year and includes storage of videos for 60 days. I'm probably going to invest in the spot light camera next

We absolutely love this gadget. Within 2 weeks we had a video of 2 bears walking down our front walkway. The video quality is very good. Love the live view feature. Don't really use the audio feature but it is nice to have the option if we wanted. Would not hesitate to purchase again.

I initially went with the Arlo, but ended up returning it in favor of the Ring doorbell. The time and ease in setup was great. The app walks you through the entire process. Just make sure you have a decent signal near you front door or the connection will be spotty.

My sister came over and walked straight into my full view glass front porch door. It captured everything. The moment of impact. The look of confusion and embarrassment on her face. And I was able to download it straight to my phone and rewatch it any time I want.
