My sister came over and walked straight into my full view glass front porch door. It captured everything. The moment of impact. The look of confusion and embarrassment on her face. And I was able to download it straight to my phone and rewatch it any time I want.

I initially went with the Arlo, but ended up returning it in favor of the Ring doorbell. The time and ease in setup was great. The app walks you through the entire process. Just make sure you have a decent signal near you front door or the connection will be spotty.

Very happy with my purchase! Little delay between motion detection and notification on my iPhone. Great color video quality. Subscription service is affordable $30/ year and includes storage of videos for 60 days. I'm probably going to invest in the spot light camera next

This product was easy to install. The directions were detailed and went smoothly. It took a little experimenting to get all the parameters to work the way I wanted, such as the motion sensitivity. Once setup I can observe anyone who approaches my door, even when I'm not home. Great product.

Works perfectly at my front door. I can see and talk to anyone coming to my front porch, a set up a range that people walking or cars in the street will not activate the camera. This has given me the safety I was looking for.

This product does exactly as advertised. Easy to install and operate. We did have a little problem getting the product to sync with the app but did succeed eventually. The app problem is the only reason for a 4 star rating.

Easy install and setup. Clear picture and shows me what I need to see. The only problem is we have a lot of walkers around our neighborhood so the morning and evening alerts get to be much but there are ways to fix that in the app.

We absolutely love this gadget. Within 2 weeks we had a video of 2 bears walking down our front walkway. The video quality is very good. Love the live view feature. Don't really use the audio feature but it is nice to have the option if we wanted. Would not hesitate to purchase again.

Ring provides excellent video in real time. Only frustration is the proprietary nature of other smart devices like Google Assistant which does not offer a way to integrate the ring doorbell versus Alexus.

Love having Ring as a doorbell/security camera. Great invention and is very addicting to use.

"Ring" door bell. Perfect door bell that allows multi users to see who is at the front door and talk via smartphone to person where ever you are via the Internet and record via camera and save as needed. Installed with ease and great customer service support. Might need wifi extender in house.

I like the Video Doorbell Pro, but I was a little disappointed. It comes with 3 faceplates and 2 angle adjusters. The angle adjusters did not work for my set up, and the faceplates did not cover the hole left from my previous standard doorbell. I was able to buy an angle adjuster that works for me, but the faceplate is not so easy to find. It would have been nice if the included ones covered the standard size hole on older homes. I am also still having a problem because the ring and answer button is slightly delayed. I get the alert that someone is in line of sight long before the doorbell rings and I usually get to the door before I get the answer doorbell message.

I absolutely love this! When we are gone we can see and speak to whoever shows up at the door.

Overall the Ring Doorbell Pro is a great security camera with crisp images and sound. My only issue with the product is the lag between getting notifications and actually viewing what's going on in progress. Hopefully, future updates will reduce the lag.

Was looking for a whole security system.. this one is actually pretty cool.. easy to install if you have an existing doorbell...the app is easy too.. so overall it’s easy to install and easy to navigate the app

I like the design and unit functions well. Sometimes it can be a difficult. App will take time trying to activate unit and video can be choppy. Unit is about 15 feet away from my router. (Nighthawk X10) picture is clear and sound is a plus!

After 3 weeks use, this item works as advertised in both daylight and at night. There is a 3 second delay between pushing the doorbell and the doorbell sounding along with the system responding with an alert. Not sure, however, if the system is worth the price.

I had a similar wi-fi doorbell installed for about a year before I bought the Ring and it's like night and day. The Ring's capabilities far outshined what I had before such as video quality, reliability, etc. I didn't get that before and I'm wondering why it took me so long to get the Ring.

This camera picks up every movement, the only thing to keep note of is if the camera is too close to a wall (I have a long entry way) the night vision may produce a white hue when too close to a wall. Other than that, I'm happy with it.
