We like to be able to see who is at the door before we answer and the Ring doorbell has been great. It’s nice to be able to see the other side of the door without opening it and have the freedom to decide to answer or not.

This is a great product. It's nice to see who comes to the door or in the yard while we are away. Also is nice to see who is at the door before opening. I feel better about having packaged delivered since I know I can see who left them and if someone try's to steal them.

Looking forward to using this during Halloween. Had one at other home and loved it.

Fit and finish is very good. Everything you need to install comes in the box and they have extensive video demonstrations to walk you through it. Easy to install. It's nice that it has adjustable motion zones so you don't get as many false alarms as with the basic ring.

I love this item. I would suggest going for the HD Pro too for a cleaner picture and features. It works great, just turn down the motion senor or it will go off all day long!

We purchased the Ring doorbell with the Echo Spot and they work well together. The app is easy to use and alerts you if there is movement sensed at your front door. the view is clear and it is easy set up. We are looking to purchase other ring cameras.

Great replacement with added layer of security! The only drawback to the product is that the doorbell only rings on our phones. I would like the doorbell box to ring too in case our phones where not nearby.

This Ring Door Bell is great. The camera is vivid, the response on the app is quick and stable. It is a wonderful way to keep track of what is going on at your home, when you are there and even when your not. They will never know!

The Ring Pro doorbell gets the job done. The installation is simple and the app is well developed. I'm giving it 4 stars because the camera is not 1080 as advertised. The signal strength is always good or better but the quality is not there.

Need to have min 18 volts at button for it to work I only had 12 Will have to make decision to purchase a new transformer for attic or return to store . Also need to check if you have hi enough wi-fi signal - if not additional $49.95 for booster . 30 yr old house can be issue as well

Bought this for a housewarming gift for my daughter and son in law. They absolutely love it. The picture quality and sound are very good. They were able to set the parameters of the field of vision for the camera. They are able to be notified on each of their smart phones.

This is by far one of the best purchases I've made towards the security of my home.

This Ring doorbell is a great example of what a startup company should be. This was easy to setup and get connected to my WiFi network. I had some questions and was able to call Ring to get them resolved. I am eagerly awaiting support for Homekit that is promised in Q1!

This is one of the best smart doorbells out. I love the view is is crystal clear. The only con I have is the app it takes several minutes sometimes before it shows who is at the door. My echo show responds must times faster than the app does.

Best door bell camera We had problems with bugs so we think that it was causing so tech issues but ring customer service was great help and haven’t had any more issues. I’m a big Ring fan. Already bought 3 more cameras.

Great product. Works great. It is a little sensitive because we live on a corner but that can be adjusted. It works great notifying us of activity on the front porch even is someone does not ring the door bell. Very low cost monitoring and the night view is not bad

I bought this because I had a package stolen and I had a person in my yard caught on my Arlo camera. I Absolutely love it! It's awesome to be able to watch over packages and get notified when there's movement at my door or in the neighborhood.

The ring doorbell pro has worked significantly better then the 4 other doorbells I tried. It was able to capture motion 90%+ of the time and has nice features for zoning. The new app is a bit clunky though.

The installation was fairly easy but the door bell chime add on requires a a particular voltage level: "The doorbell must have a transformer with a voltage of 8 VAC – 24 VAC." Plus my doorbell cover is not big enough to fit the add on to place the cover back securely. The camera has a cloud video recording for 3/month after 30 day trial. Pros: 1. HD camera 2. software and UI 3. Video Recording Cons: 1. Network delay when you want to access camera 2. Door bell add on is a toss up for those unaware of their doorbell specs 3. No option to record your own video I would have given 4 or 5 but door bell situation and no personal way to record video put it at a 3.
