This gives me a sense of security to decide if I want to answer my door or to see if it is a package delivery. The price was affordable too.

I have purchased all my electronics and MORE. I have a big screen tv from here and after 14yrs it still is producing a great picture. I will upgrade my 50 in tv to a 77 in this year and I will again buy it from Best Buy. I feel safe with their delivery and setup that they offer. You can’t go wrong with BEST BUY!.

Clear video and works like it should. You have to make sure you have a mesh WiFi router for them to work properly. If you are going to invest in the Ring also invest in a good mesh router.

The wires that were used for the doorbell are horrid. We also live in Florida and mounting this into the stucco is not happening. We ended up attaching this to the door frame and it works amazing.

It will alert multiple times when a car drives by or the wind blows tree that there is movement, I get WAY too many of them a day. It is okay to have if using as doorbell & not near a street, tree and only used if someone walks up.

After reading your review, it seems that your Ring Video Doorbell is not picking up the correct motion. The Ring Video Doorbell (2020 release) is the next generation of the original Ring Video Doorbell. In addition to new video features such as Near Zone functionality, the 2020 release Video Doorbell boasts 1080p video, improved night vision, improved audio quality and near motion zone detection. If you are having trouble with your device picking up the correct motion. We recommend adjusting your motion settings and zones. Motion Zones allow you to define a specific area that you want your Ring device to cover while ignoring everything outside that area. By selecting Motion Zones to cover only areas you want the Ring device to monitor, you can effectively monitor the area you want as well as reduce the number of “false positive” motion alert.
