Great Doorbell. Lets you know before someone arrives at your door. The live video with sound is also a great feature. Nice to be able to be anywhere and know who is at your front door.

I had the Ring 1 and it worked fine but the sun glare would basically not allow me to see past my porch. I purchased this camera instead and what a difference. Clear picture anytime of day.

With all the changes of ppl in my neighborhood, this has become a blessing. Already caught someone entering my yard to try and steal something that was chained up in my yard.

I like this version, it’s all in color and extra wide picture. Sound quality could be better. I’m happy with the new app improvements as well and how to scroll through recordings fast etc.

works great. you just have to pay attention your device setting on your phone to remember to charge. the update on ring now notify you when your battery is getting low.

Love that this Ring is wired or wireless to suit your needs. Read the instructions, watch the videos, and follow along for easy set up and installation. Even comes with proper little tools! You’ll also need your own drill (maybe wire strippers too) Pretty sweet set up for $99! I got the the warranty too. Had a little trouble with wires and with no stripper/cutters I was finally able to wire old doorbell wires to new Ring. Visibility’s very good too. I am feeling pretty confident now and off to buy a wire-free Ring camera. It’s taken me a few years to give in but, it’s a necessary evil these days unfortunately. See pics and have fun!

This is great because the ring is also on our phones. When we travel, we can keep 'watch' over our house.
