No problems at all. Everything seems to be working. I live in a mobile home with aluminum siding so I haven't put it on the wall yet. As I'm an 80-year-old, I'm waiting for my son to come over. He will make an opening in the aluminum and install the doorbell over it so that a good signal will get to my router, about 10 feet from where the doorbell will go. Gave it 4 stars because not yet installed on the wall. Will update the rating and review if necessary. So far so good. Thinking about hard wiring it - we'll see.

I don't know how to change. 2) backdoor doorbell is battery. Tech said I could push on sides to remove battery but I don't recall how to do it and have pushed on everything I know. Do I need a tech to come out to help me?
