The picture quality, sound and overall quality is great. It is easy to navigate the app and review footage. I have recommended this product many times and would continue to do so.

Well she recently moved in an apartment and I bought it for her but it eases a lot of worrying cause she can check and see who is at door before she answers it!

They don't always work properly. This one works and takes pictures as well. Easy to install. Easy to replace batteries. Had to get used to the tune it played as different from cameras at other doors. We haven't used the talk feature yet. Running a small customer service business from the house a good doorbell is important. It's embarrassing when a client calls me and says I'm on your porch and I presssed the bell but you didn't come.
