Occasionally there are connectivity issues but that's more related to my internet than this device. I have had to call ring support once to get it working again and they were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. They also gave me a code for a free chime pro to help with my connectivity issues. I highly recommend Ring.

We are able to see when the mail arrives, when packages are delivered, and when food is delivered. It's very handy to be able to speak to the person outside from the safety of our home before we open the door. We have two front doors, so the two doorbells allow us to see our entire yard, and both sides of our vehicle. We are very happy with this product.

With the sticky attachment we did have it fall at least once but it was an easy fix. I 100% would buy again and will probably get another one for other doors or for my in-laws for Christmas!

We are happy to share with you some information on how to use the Ring No-Drill Mount for the Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen.). Stick the No-Drill Mount to your wall and hold it against the surface firmly for a few minutes making sure it is firmly and securely attached. Wait a few hours for the tape to adhere to the surface before installing your Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen). Ensure that the area is clean and clear of any dust or dirt prior to installing the mount. We recommend wiping down the surface and then drying it with a dust free cloth.

With so many vehicle break ins, it’s nice to have some security in knowing I can get alerts if any activity is happening throughout the night time hours

Easy to install, easy to configure through the downloadable iPhone app. Be aware, the app and basic festures are free, but you need to buy a subscription if you want to be able tom save videos, etc.
