Great picture quality and i love being able to adjust the range that sets off the camera. I highly recommend this one.

The ring very easy to set up and use. Come in handy in my situations and you get to see and hear all sorts of random things.

Great so far. Works awesome with my Alexa devices. Do not like the monthly/ yearly fee if you want to see events in the past. Overall okay for the price you pay when there’s a deal

Only 4 stars because the one purchased from Best Buy was defective. However called RING manufacturer and they sent me a replacement because it was under 1 year warranty. Replacement works great ! No issues at all. Original one was definitely defective.

Although it may have not detected a few activities it works great and battery function has been working since it was installed 3weeks ago I haven’t needed to recharge. Keep in mind you will have to purchase video recording if you wish to keep in 30 days.

I didn't like the wait but I understood it was a high demand item and well worth the wait. I am happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs extra security, or just to make sure packages are safe, and even for disabled people who can not just jump up to get the door.

Used this to replace.the 1st gen version. Must better picturee quality. Also no longer needed the capacitor luke older version did for powered doorbell. So no.more random door bell ringing.

Item works great and installation was a breeze. Installer hooked everything up with the chime and the app and made sure it worked perfectly before he left.

I love that you just jump on whenever and wherever to see if anyone is at your door and to see when someone is there you can speak to them and communicate even if your not home.

This product is waaay better than blink, not sure why you need to buy extra items to view live video.

Bought this on June 3rd and arrived a few days later. Installed in minutes, easy setup. Now I wish I would’ve waited a few more days to purchase amazon has it on sale for a little over$61 with a coupon. Maybe I can get the difference from Best Buy.

I really love this Ring doorbell camera the picture quality is very good. also the mobile app has good distance, and is clear, I would recommend this ring to everyone who has a door.

Setup took less than 15 minutes. The video quality is great. You’ll need a light near the camera to pick up images at night. Easily synced with my other ring devices. The only issue is I have the updated model at my front door and if you don’t hardwire the RING doorbell, with this model, you’ll have to take the entire doorbell off to charge it. On the later model, you can swap out the battery instead of taking the whole device down to charge.

I got this doorbell to replace and upgrade a 1st generation Ring doorbell I’ve had for over 4 years. I am hearing impaired and this doorbell has been invaluable. Getting notifications on my devices and Apple Watch when there is someone at the door has been a game changer for me. Video is a very clear image.

Should have only purchased the ring instead of blink cameras(complete waste) The ring is amazing you should also purchase the chime so that other people in the house will hear it if you are not home...game changer

We bought two Ring - Video Doorbells (one for front door and one for the back door). Since we are working overseas for months at a time, it is always good to check in to see who's at the front/back door visiting. We also have a property manager and it also helps us to see how often she visits our property and what she does. It is amazing the outdoor views we get... the whole walkway, the road, cars and/or people who may just be passing by or who enter our property. I am so happy that I have these two Rings because it keeps me connected to my home wherever I am in the world. Thank you!!!
