Clear video and works like it should. You have to make sure you have a mesh WiFi router for them to work properly. If you are going to invest in the Ring also invest in a good mesh router.

It was easy to set up and is very easy to use. The app is user-friendly and you can adjust your settings to make it work for you.

It will alert multiple times when a car drives by or the wind blows tree that there is movement, I get WAY too many of them a day. It is okay to have if using as doorbell & not near a street, tree and only used if someone walks up.

After reading your review, it seems that your Ring Video Doorbell is not picking up the correct motion. The Ring Video Doorbell (2020 release) is the next generation of the original Ring Video Doorbell. In addition to new video features such as Near Zone functionality, the 2020 release Video Doorbell boasts 1080p video, improved night vision, improved audio quality and near motion zone detection. If you are having trouble with your device picking up the correct motion. We recommend adjusting your motion settings and zones. Motion Zones allow you to define a specific area that you want your Ring device to cover while ignoring everything outside that area. By selecting Motion Zones to cover only areas you want the Ring device to monitor, you can effectively monitor the area you want as well as reduce the number of “false positive” motion alert. Battery does die kinda fast, I have to charge it once a month but that may be due to me living in apartment so of course more traffic. Overall, I love this doorbell.

The first time using video doorbell and I feel much safer with the ability to monitor the front of my home. We also bought the entire ring home monitoring system. Ring is a great product with good customer support.

The wires that were used for the doorbell are horrid. We also live in Florida and mounting this into the stucco is not happening. We ended up attaching this to the door frame and it works amazing.

Great way to add a doorbell if there’s no wiring. I do wish they specified which bit size is needed for the masonry but that’s not a big issue.

She is on home hospice and has a lot of people come to her home to assist her. I am able to speak to them and see them so clearly. I also get deliveries and this is so helpful as I work during the day.
