Best ring camera !! And the app is always so helpful to know what’s going on in the neighborhood

One of the best things I brought for my safety and security for my family and house. Would recommend over and over again. Only bad thing is the app is a subscription model to keep events. Besides that it’s great. Can easily be paired with other things.

I purchased 2. One of them is on my side door by my garage. Even tho it’s hard wired it tends to. Lose connection a lot. They also miss things a lot. If I put them on super sensitive they drive me crazy so it’s a lose lose on that

I’ve had my first one for about a month before I needed to charge it. You can set up different modes. It has a motion sensor, and sends you alerts. I have it hooked up to the echo dots in the home so we can hear the doorbell ring .

I absolutely love having this doorbell. I like knowing who is on the other side of my door and who is coming and going. I think something like is is vital rather than opening your door to strangers!

Ring doorbell is great! Stays connected to wifi, is very active and I also like that it links up to my Amazon dot so that I don't need to buy any extra chimes in the home. Its Great!

Great to see when door dash comes, a package or random weird activity you never knew happened. Life changing.

It works perfectly so far… the video and sound is clear. Just be aware that there is a subscription fee for cloud storage.

Installation is relatively easy, but not a breeze, as some reviewers pretend. It could take an hour or more, depending on how you want to mount the doorbell and how easily you can get it to connect to your network. I don't love the instructions; for example, they shouldn't tell you AFTER the instructions for mounting that you might want to consider mounting it at an angle. That recommendation should be on the same screen. (The whole time, you're following along on your device, clicking "next" as you complete each step.) The product itself is basically fine, but there are some nuisances. Even though I have the motion detection radius set to "minimum," I still get lots of "motion at your front door" notifications when a car drives by, and my door is a good 20-30 feet from the street. And there are strange unexplained gaps in the video footage, sometimes lasting over an hour. There's lots of chatter about it in the Ring forums. One current theory is that these happen when Ring is updating their network, but it happens a little too often for that to be the whole story, and Ring has never explained the problem, let alone fixed it.

Good camera for the money. Subscription is a tad steep if you're on a budget. If you want all tue bells and whistles.I have them on all entrances.

Love the Ring. I used my points to purchase this one so the price was on point. I have one in the front of the house and will be using this for the back.

We originally bought a different security system but were not happy. Ours did not give a clear night vision picture. The ring has great quality video. We are happy we switched. Plus the fee was the right price too.
